  Just to let you know, there is a difference between installation and activation.

  You can install the software on as many computers as you wish, Mac or PC.

  However, you can activate the software to be used on up to two computers at the same time (via help > connect / disconnect)

  About two weeks ago, I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Windows student & Teacher Edition 1 user of the digital production team Dell software partner. I still have to download the software because I have questions and they cannot (or refuses) to answer.
  

  In my initial email to Dell software partner digital production team. I asked the two questions and gave them some background.

  My background: I have two computers running. My old laptop using Microsoft Vista while my new HP desktop running Windows 10. Response to this question is: "If you use the Vista operating system, the answer is Yes." My question is: can I download and install 'Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Windows student & Teacher Edition 1 user' using my old laptop Vista, backup to CD/DVD and recovery and use this backup to CD/DVD to install the program on my new HP running Windows 10 desktop?

  Question: The above situation works in reverse? I.e. can I download and install "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 student & Teacher Edition 1 Windows user" using my new desktop computer HP running Windows 10 and making a backup CD/DVD and recovery and use this backup to CD/DVD to install the program on my old laptop which uses Windows Vista?

  Please be informed that Acrobat DC is compatible on Windows 7 and later (system requirements for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Acrobat Standard DC ).

  So, you won't be able to install it on Windows Vista.

  I bought the CC student & Teacher Edition. I've been running the desktop Adobe programs for 30 days, but now I can't use them more as Creative Cloud tells me that I have to buy a license. I tried to log out and back in again, but that has not worked. How can I get the programs, especially Photoshop CC, to work?

  You need to reset the default Hosts file.

  If its Windows 7, simply run Microsoft Fix tool, it resets Hosts by default automatically.

  If its Windows 8 or later, you must reset it manually.

  During allocation of host names, include it inside the "" mark as this "Hosts".  Hosts file has no extensions like .txt or .exe.

  To create a file without the extensions, you must include the name inside "" mark.

  Once the host is reset, launch Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

  Yes. It is a perpetual license. The serial number will work as long as you have the hardware and the operating system to run the software.

  I bought lightroom student/teacher edition 5 of Best Buy, a week ago, but the current operating system of my laptop is not compatible with it. I plan on upgrading in the coming months. Is there a time limit on the activation and sending my proof of eligibility? And I'll be able to continue to use it even though I have a degree?

  I want to CANCEL my subscription student/teacher CC of 1 year, since I now have access to the CC company.  Tried following your instructions but in circles and can't find a way to do it. I even cancelled my credit card, hoping that this would lead to the subscription expiring, but Adobe continues to send me emails to 'manage my account to update the payment details', I can't update the payment details and when I go into account management, I do not see anywhere here allows me to simply terminate the subscription! My account also indicates that Adobe tries, each month, to draw a cancelled payment credit card, even after the 12 month subscription period should have expired. Why?

  Please do not answer telling me to follow the instructions online that I tried this and after managing Plan > terminate the program, they tell me to contact Customer Support. The only way, it seems that I can do it is through a forum, right? So here I am. Heeeeelp!
