I just got an email asking for proof that I am a student, but I don't know how to download? The email said to log on the Adobe Support Portal should I need to send additional information.   "Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition" for two years up to now.

  The problem is that I have "Trial" as a status of ProSite in account information and he asks

  me to buy other planes everytime I try to publish anything.

  Can clarify you if I am eligible for ProSite feature?

  My Adobe ID has been the same all the time I use Behance, so I guess that without having to

  complicate things to try a different connection.

Paid student accounts are eligible for free ProSite, but because there are so many different types of subscriptions that your school could buy (various offers of business), we will need to look at this more closely to see if you are subscribed to one is eligible for free ProSite or not.
