  About two weeks ago, I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Windows student & Teacher Edition 1 user of the digital production team Dell software partner. I still have to download the software because I have questions and they cannot (or refuses) to answer.
  

  In my initial email to Dell software partner digital production team. I asked the two questions and gave them some background.

  My background: I have two computers running. My old laptop using Microsoft Vista while my new HP desktop running Windows 10. My question is: can I download and install 'Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Windows student & Teacher Edition 1 user' using my old laptop Vista, backup to CD/DVD and recovery and use this backup to CD/DVD to install the program on my new HP running Windows 10 desktop?

  Question: The above situation works in reverse? I.e. can I download and install "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 student & Teacher Edition 1 Windows user" using my new desktop computer HP running Windows 10 and making a backup CD/DVD and recovery and use this backup to CD/DVD to install the program on my old laptop which uses Windows Vista?

  Please be informed that Acrobat DC is compatible on Windows 7 and later (system requirements for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Acrobat Standard DC ).

  So, you won't be able to install it on Windows Vista.

  I bought the CC student & Teacher Edition. I've been running the desktop Adobe programs for 30 days, but now I can't use them more as Creative Cloud tells me that I have to buy a license. I tried to log out and back in again, but that has not worked. How can I get the programs, especially Photoshop CC, to work?

  You need to reset the default Hosts file.

  If its Windows 7, simply run Microsoft Fix tool, it resets Hosts by default automatically.

  If its Windows 8 or later, you must reset it manually.

  During allocation of host names, include it inside the "" mark as this "Hosts".  Hosts file has no extensions like .txt or .exe.

  To create a file without the extensions, you must include the name inside "" mark.

  Once the host is reset, launch Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

  Yes. It is a perpetual license. The serial number will work as long as you have the hardware and the operating system to run the software.

  Download the installer from Adobe's CS5, install, then enter your serial number.

  Just to let you know, there is a difference between installation and activation.

  You can install the software on as many computers as you wish, Mac or PC.

  However, you can activate the software to be used on up to two computers at the same time (via help > connect / disconnect)

  I am a student; So, I use whatever computer is available in the laboratory.  Is it possible for me to load my student/teacher edition of Creative Suite 5.5 on a hard drive external so I can use it on any computer I'm affected in the laboratory.  I have an iMac in my room, but I do a lot of work in the lab, so I want to have my software with me.

  I recently bought the xi of local student/teacher of bestbuy pro edition adobe acrobat... I went online and activated product same serial number however, maybe its me but darn program does not work when in insert the cd in the drive... I have no idea what is going and good luck trying to contact someone by phone (why they so difficult)... any help would be appreciated.

  I have a card ' student/teacher; I'm trying to redeem code... I've been in all THE PLACES to buy... it just doesn't let me do ANYTHING... I got to a page to enter the serial number: WHERE IS THE SERIAL No...  It becomes impossible to redeem... I've never had trouble so buy something.  The step 5 page won't let me in anything... I did get to a page to enter redeem code - same thing will not recognize keystrokes... nothing happens.  active search fields but nothing. It's not my computer...
