  You have not only done 2015 CC adobe.  You subscribe to the creative cloud that allows you to activate the Photoshop installation on two machines.  You should be able to re - install Photoshop on your machine turned on.   I juxt writing to thank you for your help. I guess I got my problem fixed. I went through another long Chat session. At the end of the day, I think that they think that the problem is related to the language. I know I deleted a large number of unnecessary languages try to slim down.
