  You want to be sure that you use the right setting for your DNS server.  You can move this in your browser using the digital URL for the what you want to access web sites.  You will find them by using the PING command at the command prompt.  Hold the Windows key and press R.  Then type CMD and press ENTER.  Then enter for example to get the address of the web site of MS PING WWW.MICROSOFT.COM.

  Unless otherwise directed by your Internet service provider, you want TCP/IP settings to "obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically".  To do this click Start-> Control Panel-> Network Center and sharing-> view status.

  Then click on properties.

  From there, click on Internet Version 6 Protocol and properties.

  Click on the two radio buttons to "obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically".  Click OK.

  Then click Internet Version 4 Protocol and make the same changes in what concerns the version 6.

  HA! I did that throughout the day, in nine languages. It's pretty easy.

  (1) your headers should be entered in the case where you want them to appear in your table of contents.

  (2) your headers in your body text should have a paragraph style applied to them that has "Cases" the value "All Caps" in "Basic character Formats"

  But, if your headers were already entered in upper case, you will need to reset the key, or do scroll down the document and change the break (Type-> case change-> case of sentence).
