  There are two types - POP and IMAP
  You will need to login to your webmail account using a browser and select the option to use the IMAP forwarding Protocol - assuming that the option is available.

  I gave up waiting for a response.  I just reinstalled Windows Live and disabled the Windows Live modules (Tools > manage add-ons > Disbale Windows Live) and it seems to have worked this time and I no longer get pop-up messages.  No idea why it works now that I reinstalled and not before.

  Yes, you can run dbms_streams_adm.remove_streams_configuration on any database. If the database has to capture and spread it then cleans the metadata information about these components. If the database was only apply the process then it cleans it.

  You can run this on the destination database. Once that if your source database is delivered of a fall while you can use the same procedure to clean the procecss of capture and other components of flow.

  In short, the procedure can be run on a database is independent of the other databases.
