  I have a new computer with Windows 7.  Whenever I connect to Hotmail, Windows Live Messenger will automatically launch.

  To try to solve this problem, I opened the window manage add-ons, and then click Windows Live, and you click on disable.  This stopped Messenger opening whenever I connected to Hotmail, but created a new problem instead.  Now, whenever I connect to Hotmail, I get a message telling me thay I have an add-on is disabled.

  How do I just sign in to Hotmail, without opening of Messenger and a pop-up message that appears.  I just want to use Hotmail and nothing else, as in the good old days!

  I gave up waiting for a response.  I just reinstalled Windows Live and disabled the Windows Live modules (Tools > manage add-ons > Disbale Windows Live) and it seems to have worked this time and I no longer get pop-up messages.  No idea why it works now that I reinstalled and not before.

  I'm trying to edit a document, but get a warning that the adobe sans mm is not available on my system. It seems that all of the text in the document is created in this font. It uses a substitute font, but not one that looks like the original at all. I like a police closely matched, or better yet, just be able to use adobe without mm. otherwise, you can see my amendments if you look closely. I found an arial font that will do as a substitute, but want to do better.

  Adobe and Adobe Serif MM are backup fonts that Acrobat uses every time a font is not embedded in a pdf document.

  These fonts are Multiple master fonts that don't exist in Acrobat and are not available at the level of the system.

  According to Dov Isaacs at Adobe, you must have a really installed font in your system to be able to use it to change a PDF file.

  Think of these virtual fonts that actually do not exist on your computer, thus so that they cannot be used to modify a PDF file.

  You can see them and you can print them, but you cannot access it.

  The only exists in Acrobat and not coming into play that a default font that Acrobat uses whenever the real police which was used was not incorporated.

  (Master several fonts never really became popular, and are no longer produced.) They have been replaced by the Foundation open type fonts)

  The swf file has no need of the .as files that could be used to create - feel free to clear up some server space if you have been upload the .as files.  The content of the .as file is essentially integrated in the swf file by the compilation process.

  You must use a home/myuser/.ssh/authorized_keys file, not a directory.

  Simply copy the public key to this file.

  With most programs, there is an option to change the current language to check spelling, for example, quite easily.  We choose 'options' or another element on the Ribbon, task bar etc and without changing the language of the installation, the spell checker and entry will work in the chosen language.   The shot to the top of Thunderbird, this morning, the last 12 months of emails have disappeared from my Inbox. Older emails are still there. The new mails are still on my phone. Other accounts in Thunderbird (hotmail, gmail, etc.) do not seem to have been affected. This seems to be a special relationship between Thunderbird and BT internet email.   Hi - Thanks for taking the time to answer for me. No, the problems don't moved earlier. My wife also has a near-dormant BTinternet account which is accessible from the Thunderbird even on the same computer. Which has proved to work very well. I found that there were many problems with the BT e-mail yesterday and my problem was resolved later (2 hours on the phone) by a very helpful Lady in BT who virtually rebuilt my account. Even my security questions were rejected. I think that BT Yahoo email had major problems yesterday and he had nothing to do with Firefox - so please accept my apologies if I've wasted your time.
