This company called me on my home phone and went through a lengthy introduction on how they could help my computer and would charge me 179.99 for this software. The company said that whenever my computer is connected to the internet, these corrupt files affected the connection and slow down my computer. I want to know if I should try to fix this problem and should I go for help?

As you have a Plan purchased photograph, you can install and activate CC products on 2 computers with 1 Adobe ID (email), but can use only 1 computer at some point of time (not both at the same time).

I use MozBack to the top, when I followed the instructions of the wizard a backup file on my portable hard drive. I'm back to Thunderbird I found the content of my Inbox was deleted. Sent and deleted files have not been removed. I then returned to MozBackup and followed the instructions to restore the information from my Inbox, but it didn't happen.
What I did wrong.as incredible as it may seem. MozBackup has nothing to do with Mozilla or Thunderbird. If you have any questions about mozbackup I don't really know where you're going.

Many artists who listed you use traditional media (pencil sketches, inking) to start a drawing/illustration, after which they then scan in their work and finish the digitally (colouring, for example).
First and foremost: Learn how to draw. Learn the anatomy. Sketch on paper - nothing beats a few soft and hard pencils and sketching on a Notepad. Take it with you anywhere you go.
With regard to the software: I find ClipStudio (Manga Studio) to have the best feeling/sketch in pencil of all the software that I have used so far, and I'm not the only one. I stopped using Photoshop for digital painting a couple of years, in favour of Clip Studio both Krita.
Krita is free and beats the pants off of Photoshop for digital painting. It does really - no comparison. I'm not saying that Photoshop is bad (it is not), just not nearly as good that Krita is now, or Clip Studio for drawing. Combine Krita with ClipStudio and you are set.

This isn't Adobe. Rather a user to user forum. You must contact Adobe Store Sales for the information you are looking for.
With it, you will discover licenses in volume compared to purchasing individual licenses. On the individual side, Adobe allows the 'client' use the same bought computers activated serial number on no more than 2 of the 'customer' and then not use both at the same time.
Premiere Elements is not sold on subscription, as are the applications under the creative cloud.
