  Since you used the trial on an id random e-mail and want to buy creative cloud on a different id, I suggest you sure you want to create a new account with your office id adobe.

  You connect with Adobe ID account E-Sign? If Yes, then you can directly connect to your Adobe ID account and can update the name as the name of the company and it will reflect in your E-Sign account as well.

  The blue background is the field pointing out you have the option to turn off. If you don't see the purple bar on top with the toggle button to highlight the fields, it should display by clicking on the icon above (purplish) in the left navigation pane
