Problem printing with HP OFFICEJET PRO8500A PREMIUM

I have to print certain documents yesterday, disappeared for a few hours and pick up where I left off.  When I went to print my document following that nothing happened.  He entered in the queue of the printer but would not print and I don't have the error messages.  Everything seems normal.  I'm so frustrated that I left it for today and still no luck.  I turned off printer and computer then again hoping that would work.  Disconnected and plugged.  At this point, I don't know what else to do except call this 'thing' in my frustration.  Help!    I have a laptop that printed fine.  What the devil.

  • OfficeJet 4630: Problem printing with Officejet 4630

I just replaced an OJ4620, who was not black printing, with a new OJ4630.  I am now having a problem with the OJ4630.

It prints text most very well, but does not always print the Abobe reader messages.  I tried to install a printer driver for the 9800 without great success.  It seems that sometimes it will print the pages of Adobe, but most of the time will not.  I feel guest, and when I click on print, it does not appear that the message arrives at the printer.  The machine will then lock up and I'll have to reboot the system.  The thing that puzzles me is that sometimes the feeling will pass, but it doesn't seem to be a reason that I can understand why it happens.

I never had this problem with the 4620, but he feels now.

I have Adobe X and when I check the updates on the site, I thought there is not everything.

  • Printing problems wireless with Windows 7 Home Premium

Previously, I had Window Vista downloaded on my laptop and had NO problem printing wireless. Now I have Windows 7 Home Premium. I have a modem from my phone company, a wireless router and a Photosmart All printer (C4795).  The same one I had with Vista.  I just can't get anything to print UNLESS I connect a USB cable from my laptop to my printer (very frustrating). I'm not completely PC illiterate, but not very clever of them either. I uninstalled and reinstall the printer, the router and the modem and that did not help. I had the company of phone on the phone for an hour last night and they could not help and saw nothing wrong with my set up. I need an answer "simply stated and clear" what I have to do. I have a group RESIDENTIAL network set up on my computer, but have not set upt the other computers at home (a laptop) with the network home for the moment. I wanted to get a computer is working correctly before moving forward. The internet connection to the HOMEGROUP network seems to be well. All devices are listed and look good, but I can not just wireless printer that's why I brought the first wireless printer.

  • Ghosts on pages double-sided printing second on Officejet 6700 Premium e-all-in-one

    Please can someone help?

Printer name model e-all-in-one Officejet 6700 Premium

    Firmware MPM3CN1232AR

    Software 028.000.1315.000

    Driver 09.84.00.1173

    Win 7 SP1 64 bit

    Wired ethernet connection

    Problem

On two-sided printing, the second side of printing on all pages is ghost. This is in particular the noticebale on verticals.

This is true for all the qualities of printing on any documents .pdf or. doc.

I use all the HP printing paper and original cartridges.

I aligned the print head and checks suggested on the help pages.

I contacted HP support, which were brilliant and replaced the printer and the duplex unit.

They suggested that it was because I was using Office 2003 SP3 and Windows 7 but I find this problem on too but not in Wordpad v6.1 .pdf files

The problem does not occur when scanned or copied documents are printed

Is there a solution out there on this new printer please?

    Hi 007OHMSS,

I carefully read through a VionAiry pointer to the post of ItalSanif with links to more articles.

There were two main suggestions as to how to proceed. I didn't uninstall the "bloatware" and back to base for the HP Officejet 6700 Premium drivers, but I installed the drivers from the series HP Deskjet 6980 in accordance with the procedure at this link http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Issues-Troubleshooting/HP-7510-Duplex-Problem-y-axis-scaling/td-p/1754773 and listed below, with a few mods to include activation of unit duplex in one set of instructions.

And you know what? This MARKET! Ghosting on the second side of all pages printed double-sided disappears to be replaced with a nice crisp clear impression. At present, all the other functions, including scanning seem not affected and function as usual, although of course the new driver (HP Deskjet 6980 series) makes the leaves of different properties.

In my environment, I have also 3 XP machines in network connected wireless to the printer via the router and the PC Win7x64 connected by ethernet to the same router. Meant this download and the installation of the driver HP driver the HP Deskjet 6980 series for the XP PC Web page not the Win 7 x 64 because they were not present.

I modified a bit routine and reproduce it below to help others. A/c for the original post, that was provided by the HP Technical Support. Why nobody's support services seems to know about or drivers have not been fixed I would never know.

First turn off you will want the printer already available on the computer before you continue.

For Win7 PC (XP is similar but not identical)

    1. Go to Start -online device and printers => then click on the "Add a printer" button in the upper left corner of the device window.
    2. Click on the button "Add a local printer" (choose this option if you do not your configuration)
    3. Check the box "use an existing port.
    4. On the drop-down list, select the option for example CN115130TP05JW , but use the correct name for the PRINTER port which is the serial number of your printer (do not use the fax entry)
    5. Now in manufacture of list on the left, select "HP".
    6. On the list of Printers to the right, select "HP Deskjet 6980 series (HP)" "
    7. "Once the pilot moved to enter in the" 'devices and printers ' window and right-click the newly added "HP Deskjet 6980 series" and select ""printer properties ' on the drop-down list. "
    8. Go to the "Advanced" tab, and then in the drop-down list next to the label of "Driver" select "HP Deskjet 6980 series.
    9. Click on the button 'Apply' - the configuration window should change it's shapea bit.

      10. in the HP Deskjet 6980 window properties, click on the tab "device settings" on the top of the window.

      11. in the list of parameters, search for "Unit duplex (for printing on 2 sides) ' and select it.

      12. once highlighted, select in the drop-down list ""Installed "; "

      13. When finished press apply

14 now, go to what you use to print documents and select "HP Deskjet 6980" as your printer. Activate duplex printing and you should see the pages to print correctly.

    15. you can also change the name of the printer in the "Général" tab I changed it in mine to "HP Officejet 6700 with HP Deskjet 6980 pilot set shadowd duplex printing".

I had a little problem in that, for some reason any in the document (e.g. Word / etc\ .pdf) box under the effects tab my radio button has mysteriously been on 20% until I changed it it was hard to see that there was no ghosting dialogue printer properties.

So after complete 1 reconstruction of the printer of the original with the parts sent to HP services support for November 2012, an escalation at magnifications greater within HP (no answer) and a new printer of A...n, VisionAiry has pointed me to a solution that I had tried with DJ 450 drivers, nothing works, after a Shane_R post dated last year.

So thanks to you and also to 007OHMSS who worked on this problem and original posters

All I can say is that it worked for me and I am so grateful to everyone on this forum to ensure that I am sure of my eyes and mental health, looking more printed duplex printed with a shadow/ghosts and to be what they were not prepared.

Congratulations so all round and thanks again

  • HP C309g: Problems printing with photo paper and not A4 paper

My HP 309 g perfectly print a picture on A4 paper without flaws. However, whenever it prints the exact image even on HP Premium Plus photo paper, the colors are weird - not black, but the yellow blues and roses. I removed the print head and carefully cleaned and aligned the printer nothing helps. Verification of diagnosis HP shows no failure at all. The obvious flaw must be with the photo paper, but I am not convinced that this is the real problem. Can someone help with this really weird problem please?

    Hi @Quackers,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I'm happy to help with your PS C309g

I would normally be with you that photo paper would be at fault, but as HP paper, it should be good. I realize, this may be irrelevant, but make sure that you load the face of photo paper (print side) down so that it prints on the right side of the paper.

If you load it properly however, which I am sure you are, I suggest that you try the steps in this document to solve the problems of quality Print to the HP Photosmart Premium all-in-One Printer Series (C309) .

Let me know how things are going for you!

    Happy holidays!

  • Problems printing on HP Officejet Pro 8600

My printer prints not of any of my devices.  I have a wireless set up.  I ran through all the options on the HP site and nothing works.  When I try to print the jobs line up in the print queue but nothing happens.  I don't get the error messages.  I noticed that the print preview is blank.  But I hit the "print" key again and another job is listed in the queue, anyway... nothing happens.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!

    Hey @Beth45 ,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand that you are having problems with your OfficeJet Pro 8600 do not print.

Could you please tell me the devices on which you want to print and the operating systems installed?

To check the network communication with the printer. On the front panel of the printer, you should see an icon at the top of the ((deuxieme touch screen wireless left) that looks like this:

After pressing this button, you should see an IP address. (for example, 192.168.1.23) Write down this number and enter it in the address bar of a web browser (for example Internet Explorer or Google Chrome) and tell me if the printers (EWS) page load. If the page does not load there is no network communication.

If the page is loading or not, try powercycling your network. Turn the printer off and unplug the power to your router. Wait at least 45 seconds, and then plug the router back in. Wait 1-2 minutes so he can get online, and then turn on the printer.

Test the printer after that. If it still does not re - run the program installation wireless. To run the configuration, press the button shown in the picture above wireless, and then tap Settings. In settings, you should see wireless configuration wizard. Follow the steps to reconnect the printer, and then try a test print.

I would like to know if any of this helps.

    Hi Beachwoodgirl,

Welcome to the HP Support forums.   I understand that you are unable to make a copy of the front of your printer Officejet 6700.

  • Problem printing with HP Deskjet 5150

Hello, I have a problem with my HP Deskjet 5150 color inkjet printer. A few months ago, I noticed that all the documents I want to print are printed with the left margin of the page wider than the right margin; Instead, both margins have the same width. This question concerns the documents in general, and not of documents printed with a specific software only.
All computers that use the printer have Windows 7 as operating system. I tried to install the drivers of online support for the transition from Windows Vista to Windows 7, but the problem remains.

    What can I do?

    Thank you.

    Hi andrewshort94,

    Thank you very much!

With this, it is certainly a problem with the hardware of the printer, and because all computers are Windows 7, there is no HP software to try other things.

You need a Windows XP computer to install this printer to be able to access the HP Toolbox to perform alignment and things of this nature, as it was the last operating system supported the full features software. If you do not have access to a Windows XP computer, I might suggest that you start looking in getting another printer. You can call the HP Technical Support and inquire about trade and commerce program to see what kind of offers they have for you

Hope this helps, have a nice day!

  • Problems Printing with LR 5.6 HP

I just upgraded to LR5.6 on your laptop Windows 8.1.

I have printing problems printing to a HP Photosmart C309G printer. I've already printed successfully to this printer from LR4 running on a Vista laptop.

The questions that I have are as follows: -.

    1. When I try to change the page orientation in Page layout, it makes no difference to the orientation of the image.
    2. Once I have setup the printer settings in the printer dialogue and send it to the printer to print on paper of format A4; LR said that it renders the image; He finished then the printer pulls the paper through but does not print anything. I tried different settings without success. However, if I change the size of 10 x 15 cm prints OK.

I'm completely confused as to how to proceed, because I have no printing problem printing from MS Office and Adobe Photoshop Elements products.

Any help would be accepted with gratitude.

    Thank you

    Peter

Managed to solve the problem. Somehow the driver for the printer had been installed twice, was originally a kind of conflict. I deleted the duplicate driver and everything now works as expected.

  • AProblems printing with HP Officejet 6500 a Plus

I have a new HP Officejet 6500 has more, and have had the following problems, since it was installed. I'm on an iMac computer using Mac OS 10.6.6. The power adapter is plugged into a wall outlet as suggested. I turn my computer off every night. When I start it in the morning, the HP utility does not respond and the printer does not print. I have to disconnect and reconnect the printer in the mornings, then it prints for the rest of the day. Utility HP must be on to connect to the printer? I keep in my dock and do it on connect at startup. He continues to try to answer, and then I have to force close. After I have to plug and unplug the power adapter, everything works fine, but never had to do this with any other HP printer.

OK, if it is a Netgear, then the DHCP range is usually the whole (.2 a.254.  So, just assign the printer to its current IP address, delete and add back into your PC, then restart and see if he can find.
