However when I tried Control Panel > user accounts > manage user accounts > reset password I was able to change it without any error message. I guess there is a difference between 'set password' and 'reset password '.

  Try the following steps:

  a. connect to the Internet.

  b. open Windows Media Player.

  c. click on the Library tab, and then go to the album you want to resolve.

  d. right click on the album and then click on Find Album Info.

  e.
