  • Firefox crashes immediately on startup. Won't start in safe mode.

If this is not for my personal system, but a colleague. Our company force installation of some software updates, and he had a forced installation arrives for a Firefox version 38 ESR. The installation completes successfully, and he was not able to run Firefox since then. We have tried to uninstall/reinstall to level 39 (including by deleting the directory under Program Files (x 86). We also tried to restart after each step, do not restart after each step, update of Firefox did not help either, and "Reset" is not available. We can open in safe mode and disable the Add-ons, but then it crashes again once we restarted in normal mode. This morning we tried to install level 38 instead of 39, but get the same results. Help?

You can check if Firefox can be started in Safe Mode by holding down the shift/Options button.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

    • Tools > Options > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.

You will need to close and restart Firefox after enabling/disabling this setting.

You can check if there is an update for your display driver graphic card and search for hardware acceleration of related issues.

  • iOS iPhone and iPad accident immediately at startup

Correction of Photoshop crashes immediately on startup - after successfully connect only once - on the iPhone and iPad iOS 9.3.3 - after using it in both devices without problem for some time and despite the removal of the application of devices and reinstall several times, as long as logging of the mobile cloud creative on devices application.

I do not think it is an iOS issue, but rather a sync error, because I noticed that I have more Photoshop Fix appear in my creative cloud as the source application and the application of the fix hangs after I reinstalled, open a session successfully and will try to download the previous projects. Once it crashes during the initial download, it crashes then immediately at startup.

Is there a way to reset the Photoshop "file" fix in the Crestive clouds to try to solve this problem, since the app files themselves are not accessible from anywhere of the CC (that I can find)?

The two are the latest version available on the App Store - V 1.3

In addition, it seems that I can find a workaround for now.

I went to my happy Creative cloud online at Adobe Creative Cloud.  Under Mobile creations, I downloaded and then deleted all files Photoshop Fix. After that, I deleted the application of these two devices, reinstalled and signed in. Both applications seem to have stopped crashing. However, a person should probably examine how to better manage the problems of synchronization to the application crash.

    Thank you
