  Please confirm if you get the error message below

  If so, it is a special type of PDF form with Adobe LiveCycle Designer. And mobile applications of Acrobat Reader do not support these forms.

  I suggest for you please download the PDF document on your Windows or Mac desktop and open the same with the Acrobat reader DC desktop version.

  Also please let us know if this is a different issue than that.

  I currently use Captivate in the elearning suite 5.5 2.5 I want to upgrade to 6.0 - and the logical way to do it is to spend my e-Learning suite to 6.0

  One of the big draws for the elearning suite 2.5 is only a single license to use multiple platform.  that is, I have a desktop computer Windows on the desktop, but a Mac Book pro for the road.   You are allowed to install a license on two computers (desktop/laptop) and wonderfully they gave you a license key for each of windows and the versions of mac to your purchase.

  I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with a call center, I suppose in India, where the chap Protocol had knowledge of the very poor products.  He could not make sure that you always get two keys with eLearning suite 6 (in fact, he was convinced you don't have).  Given, but he seemed never to have heard of e-Learning suite it was difficult to take his certainty in a credible manner.

  I'm not paying two lots of licensing fees for each of the Mac and Windows, so if this is true, I'll just remain as I am with 5.5

  What you are asking is how many machines. You can use the subscription on two computers. In other words, you can activate your CC applications on two machines at any time. They can be the same or a different Mac or Windows operating systems. (This is what we usually mean by the term 'platform'. Mac is a unique platform; Windows is another.)

  If I understand the question - if this drive will be used for both copies of backup for Mac and Windows-R/W, you should leave a Windows machine format the drive for fewer problems.

  Mac will need software http://www.tuxera.com/products/tuxera-ntfs-for-mac/ for the ability of NTFS R/W or similar

  I would certainly recommend format the drive to remove a remnant of the software pre-installed on the new drive.

  If on the other hand to use Mac - and you cannot mount the drive, try to force mount DiskUtility > file > Mount

  If not can do - the reader is bad out of the box.
