  I recently reinstalled Office 2016 on Windows 10. In fact, Microsoft did for me.  You uninstall it iCloud as part of this process.  I reinstalled iCloud, but are unable to sync with Outlook.  I connect to iCloud and check the box 'Contacts, calendar and tasks' and press on apply. All that happens is that iCloud Unchecks the box and grey to apply. If I repeat it, it do not uncheck the box, but apply is gray.  He did nothing. Outlook shows no signs of the existence of iCloud, other than the add-in, which is active.

  I repeated a bunch of times.  Twice iCloud does not seem to be trying a sync, but he hung up it making. I left on for 10 hours and it was still running.

  Please ask questions on iCloud and photos after the iOS 10 update here in Apple Support communities. We don't like hearing about questions after each update or upgrade. I am pleased to offer you some things to check to help you with your photos are blurred and alerts that you have received with iCloud.

  The first thing we want to make sure is that all your data is safe. You can perform a backup to iCloud or iTunes. Use this article to help with this: backing up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

  If I understand, you are no longer able to sync your notes with iOS 5.1.1 use iCloud.  I'd be happy to help you with this.

  Looks like your iCloud for Windows has been improved.  If this is the case, then it is capable of syncing with notes running on iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan.  Using these operating systems allows the most recent version of Notes to synchronize all of your devices. You can read more about it here:

  Once you have updated the OS X, it syncs notes with Windows 10 system.  The iPad 1 is not able to run iOS passed a 5.1.1 so he won't be able to sync with other devices any longer.

  If the iPhone requires an Apple ID and password from the previous owner to unlock: then nothing. Return it to where you bought it and demand a refund. The iPhone doesn't help you.

  When you say "synchronization for podcast is on", have you done the following...?  Select the iPod in iTunes (click on its button on the device on the horizontal bar) to show its settings screen in the iTunes window.  The side left (in the sidebar), under settings, click Podcasts.  Right, Podcasts from iPod settings screen.  If the checkbox for synchronize Podcasts is not checked, check it.  Activates the automatic synchronization of podcasts.  Set up this form as you wish, to tell how to synchronize episodes of the podcast to iTunes and click apply.

  If sync Podcasts has been already verified, describe how you have the rest of the screen of the iPod Podcasts settings put in place (or include a screenshot of it).

  I can tell you that the cert self-signed compared to a real is not the problem. Who manages SSL encryption only and have no effect with contact sync - if it affects the synchronization of contact, nothing must synchronize.

  Since you have proven that contact sync works with a different exchange account, then something is wrong with the one account. Either:

  Hi all. I have an iPhone SE 9.3.1. I have an Office 365 email account that I have connected to the phone when I bought it a few weeks ago. All contacts not loading perfectly, no problem. I turned my phone off last night - the first time I did it because I bought it. I woke up and turned on, and the first thing I noticed is that the names on the SMS in my Messages folder disappeared - just their number now. I tried a few of the names of people who had me SMSed to my Contacts folder and they are not in. I also noticed that there are other contacts in this folder that appear several times, is certainly not the case in my Outlook 365 database.

  I turned Push market, and I did a hard reset. Always twisted. Please notify.
