  I guess you're talking about Internet Explorer...
  He could reappear if you turn on the status bar.  To enable it, start Internet Explorer, and then
  View-> toolbars-> and make sure that there is a check in front of the "status bar".
  If you do not have a menu 'View' then press the 'Alt' key once.

  Also, you should be able to go to 100% by pressing the 'Ctrl' key while pressing "0" (zero).

  You can also zoom in and out by holding down the 'Ctrl' key and turning the mouse wheel.

  A lot of different ways to do this.

  "My Computer" appears on the start menu? If so, just click-n-drag it to the desktop to create a new 'shortcut to My Computer' then rename it to delete the words "shortcut to.

  If my computer is not on the start menu, right-click on the Start button and select Properties.  If you use the start menu XP (not the "Classic menu start), click the 'Customize' button then the"Advanced"tab  Select the appropriate entry of "Items on the start menu."

  Run TweakUI, click "Desktop" and then check the icons to display on the desktop.

  The new feature of bookmarks under FireFox4.0 is not the same as Firefox 3.6. I can't copy or export my bookmarks to a flash drive to put it on another computer. Should what steps I follow to export my bookmarks to a Firefox 4.0 uner flash drive?

  It's called "Show all bookmarks" now. You can always start with the combination of CTRL + SHIFT + B keys, however.

  It is better to export bookmarks to a folder on your hard drive and then move (or copy) it from there on a USB key.

  When you click the view option in the taskbar there used a page called option source. That's gone.

  To view the Page Source, do one of the following:

  Open the Swatches palette and click on the small button T in text format. Set the [Black] fill color.

  In fFF7, right-click right a bookmarks folder displays a menu with "Open all in tabs" as the first element. This option all tabs closed, then open the group in new tabs. This changed in FF8 - now the group is opened in the adjacent tabs to already open tabs. How to act as it did in FF7 (and before) where the tabs open when closed before opening the new folder?

  Way to go, FF! A few more changes like this and we will not be able to tell you and IE independently of the other. In version 7 you rearranged your menu tab to be just like IE ("open in a new tab" moved to the first item instead of 2nd where it was for years) and now you keep the previous tabs open (including the first page, launched with the new window) when opening a folder of bookmarks. Boo!
