  I installed the EPM V11.1.2.2 system in the single server environment (MS 2008 Server R2) with the following components:
  * Foundation Services
  * HFM
  * FDM
  
  Have used embedded Weblogic server as a web application server and Oracle HTTP server as a web server. The installation was successful.
  During configuration.
  (1) I selected the option to deploy applications web SSP and workspace to a single managed server. Applications deployed successfully at EPMServer0.
  (2) in addition, I have selected to configure Oracle HTTP server as a web server.
  These two steps were successful.
  
  But shared services and the workspace URL do not work. We get a 404 error.
  Shared services: http://inmum01hyp05.internal.vodafone.com:19000/interop/index.jsp
  Workspace: http://inmum01hyp05.internal.vodafone.com:19000 / workspace /.
  
  When I checked the EPMServer0, Weblogic administration console is in SHUTDOWN State, tried to start it but it goes by State ADMIN instead of RACING.
  Checked the newspaper EPMServer0 to 'D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\EPMServer0\logs' and found the error at the end of this message.
  
  Can someone please suggest a solution for this.

  Yes John, the problem was with the deployment, but was not able to understand what goes wrong with the deployment.

  Tried to uninstall clean twice with the deletion of registry. Last updated variable of path by removing all entries related to Hyperion during the uninstall.

  Installation and configuration was successful after that. In addition, I did not compact deployment this time and used separate web servers to the deployment.

  Finally, Shared Services and the workspace URL work correctly.

  Thanks for any help.

  I tried for days to change the color of the header of reactive blue without success. I went in firefox and was not able to find the properties of the header. I wanted to just change to a grey color, can you please point me in the right direction.

  In another application I was working on I used centered blue and wanted to change the background to green however when I save my code as below in the css file and reference it in the model it changes only half of the page to the color I want, and the other half stays the same... I'm not good with css, so I'm lost.

  Until someone says that there is an option, I had absolutely no option to decide to accept Google Chrome or Google Toolbar. I have to use Adobe reader to a Pearson

  because of classes. I go to the download link, click Run. And there you go, Adobe Adobe Reader downloads, Google and Google Chrome toolbar.

  I don't want this shit on my computer.

  Now, I have to go to uninstall it. If I wanted Google Chrome or a toolbar I want to download it myself. Forcing someone to download software without option is a stupif PR movement.

  If you download Adobe Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/ there is a checkbox to remove the optional software to download.

I need to provide this logo for a 3rd party and I don't know how big or small they will print it out, is the size of the output material? I mean if they print a meter wide fact the 300 dpi setting continue to apply and therefore to maintain the appearance of the shade despite the logo drawn initially to only 100mm wide?

  Yes.

  The effects are "live"which means that they are updated so that the changes in art. The 300ppi held true no matter what the size of the file is printed to if the art is distributed as his envoy to the printer.

  However, if art is put on the scale up or down inside the Illustrator drop shadow size (fall-off/blur) can change because it does not fit with precision to the art. So if someone opens your file of 100mm and it evolves up to 1 meter then shadow might look small and almost not existing or it might seem much larger than expected. It all depends on what the preferences > General > Strokes & effects of scale is currently set to.

• Firefox on the laptop of my wife lost the black bar that displays maps, Gmail etc. Now at the top of the screen there is an empty bar, triple height, with just the Google search box entry. How can I get that back? Or is it a question for Google?

  When I open Firefox there is a black bar, sometimes vertical, sometimes horizontal, in the upper part, with links to maps, Gmail etc. When I opened Gmail the same links are listed at the top of the screen, just under the tabs. In my wife's cell phone, it appears in the Firefox splash screen, but not in the form of Gmail. In the top of the screen is an extra-large gray bar with just one Google search box entry. Is this a problem of Firefox or Google?

  I have a few questions about the implementation of MEV for developers and users of the APEX.

  For end-users APEX, it seems simple enough to apply policies MEV using the "PL/SQL initialization" in the properties of the Application of the APEX. Help for this explicit definition mentions VPD, so no problem (theoretically).

  But what do you do to restrict access to the data for APEX developers in SQL Studio using a policy of the CAE?

  What database user session using APEX developer to connect to the database - is the APEX_PUBLIC_USER or the schema assigned to the workspace?

  Tracking the question just for my understanding is: what user database session (s) of the user of the APEX app connects to the database - is the APEX_PUBLIC_USER or the scheme of the analysis of the application?

  It does not set a value of context, but it provides a user identifier that could be used in a VPD policy.
