  Hello. I hope someone can help. I had a nasty virus my virus program has not detected in time. It shows that I have a good internet connection, but it still crashes. can anyone help. my XP cd has SP2 on it.

  You want to get your computer up to date. You can get SP3 from here and there are more than 100 + updates after the SP.

  Well, most often, it is caused by one of a few things. Here are a few to consider:

  1. Forms/States 6 is old verrrrry. Whereas it works correctly on the free software more recent (even XP) is a stretch. In most cases, this will work without problems on XP assuming you use the 32-bit version of XP and you have installed the Developer 6i Release 2. If you have installed an earlier version then I expect problems like the previous versions listed various questions which was Y2K problems.

  2. If you are using an installation without patch, you probably various instabilities. For example something more that forms 6.0.8.26

  3. If your fmb, mmb or pll is very large, this can cause the constructor will not work properly or crash.

  4. If you access the constructor with a remote or mapped drive. In other words, you have not installed on your local computer development tools.

  Forms 6, XP, Vista? The upgrade can be something to consider. ;)

• Photoshop crashes after opening the Raw files

  I have i76800K Broadwell-E 64 GB RAM and 512 GB Samsung 950 m2 SSD Intel processor.

  In Windows 10 when I edit the raw files of 50 or 60 and open them in Photoshop, my PC freeze for about 20 seconds after opening all the files then its fine again. I tried on different PC and it's the same question. I tried to optimize my system and nothing works. Never had this problem in Windows 7. But same question in Windows 8.1 and 10 everyone has experienced the same problem here? Can you try to open about 50 raw files in Photoshop and see if your PC crashes for 15-20 seconds after their opening.

  OK, installed the latest version of Photoshop CC 2015.5 and looks like the problem is solved. Looks like it comes with Photoshop CC 2015.0.

• Muse crashes after opening site

  Problem started while I was on Chat help, ironically.

  Muse lance, the site opens, then crashes, cannot move same window.

  Does not present as "not responding" in the window Apple force quit. Only solution is to reboot the Mac.

  I had installed latest patch last night, by any chance?

  I see that this only happens when I click 'OK to update assets' on opening window rather than cancel. If I cancel, it opens and works normally.

  I can update the assets of in the Panel links very well.

  Try to check assets related or deleted links, re connect the assets, then try to check.

• Frequent crash when opening of site or 'abandonment' muse

  When you open OR leave a site (sites too), crashing. The files are registered and work after the accident luckily. Problem is not consistent, but frequently goes. Pls advise. Muse and system details attached.

  

  

  Please try uninstalling and installing AIR 3.5 from http://download.macromedia.com/air/mac/download/3.5/AdobeAIR.dmgand then AIR click on 'Later' at any time what AIR application if you want to update to the latest version. This is most likely caused because of a known issue with AIR 3.6 which is currently being developed on a fix.

  There has been several reports that garageBAnd 4.1.2 crashes on MacOS X 10.11.4.

  Consider upgrade to GarageBand 6.0.5 or GarageBand 10.1.0.  Both versions work with new versions of Mac OS X.

• InDesign CC 2014 crashes seconds after opening the file

  Hi all

  I have an InDesign document that I worked on recently, a large document with many links and placed of vectors, however seconds after opening the InDesign file suddenly crashes.

  We have the same problem on several Mac and tried to separate the file of its related files/pictures, but also the document fonts, without success.

  Is there a way we can convert this to a .idml or otherwise without paying over the odds for a company to recover it?

  (I saw people potentially sending Adobe file to correct - it would be an option?)
