• I bought the creative cloud through my University and they provide it for free, and I have not one, but TWO charges pending for $ 380 EACH on my account! How can I cancel everything, and why did it happen?

  So my University provides the creative cloud package a year free of charge, and so I bought which. I've also updated my payment options, which I wasn't expecting to do something meaningful, however, I have TWO scary freaking which weighed charges which equal almost $ 800 on my account and I am panicking because I don't have that kind of money, and I need ONE anyway! • I bought Adobe Lightroom, but when I connect, enter the redemption code and then click on download, it's a creative cloud Installer.  I have not bought the creative cloud service, just one single use computer.

  I bought a license for Adobe Lightroom 6 software, however when I followed the instructions, enter the redemption code.  And he said: 'You have redeemed successfully from Lightroom 6.' but when I click on download it comes up with a CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg (I'm on a Mac).  I have not bought the creative Cloud service, just a reusable software license Lightoom 6.  Is this correct?
