I bought the creative cloud through my University and they provide it for free, and I have not one, but TWO charges pending for $ 380 EACH on my account! How can I cancel everything, and why did it happen?

So my University provides the creative cloud package a year free of charge, and so I bought which. I've also updated my payment options, which I wasn't expecting to do something meaningful, however, I have TWO scary freaking which weighed charges which equal almost $ 800 on my account and I am panicking because I don't have that kind of money, and I need ONE anyway! If it is wrong I can get creative cloud for free through my University, I'm fine with the payment, I really need to cancel any this time so I can get my finances in order first! Please help me!
