I wan to buy the monthly subscription of creative cloud. When I do, download the software on my desktop and my laptop?
Also when I use lightroom and photoshop should I be connected to the internet?
Your subscription allows you to have two working facilities. As long as your two machines meet the requirements of system includes you being able to work with both of them.
A permanent internet connection is not necessary... the software resides on your machine. The internet connection is mainly to check the status of your subscription periodically to make sure that you are still eligible to use it.

All applications that are registered on your client application creative cloud are included in your plan for $49.99 per month (one year).
Launch the desktop app creative cloud and go to--> Apps. You can see all applications listed in there.

Nobody helps me to Adobe. I can't renew my monthly subscription to creative cloud
Adobe could not get the rate of monthly subscription for my creative education cloud subscription. I received an email saying that my account has changed to a free adobe membership. I checked my credit card, and yes there is a problem in my credit card. I tried to add abother map of imformation front page for the past 10 days, but he did not accept my credit card which I am currently using without any problem. Now, I have just 1 days to use my apps. Today I received a new credit card and want to try it, but this time I don't see the map information page. When I try to open the page to add the new credit card, the page is just blank. It is simply to display the page header and footer. So I can't reach for planning information page. I don't know if it's the attack to adobe.com servers, but I need to renew my membership. I contacted live chat, but they do not help me. They're just trying to transfer me to another Department, but they do, that the connection went every time. Someone has to help me abput that. I tried to contact the adobe Turkey, but he is very busy, so I can't reach in support of the team.

Hello, as stated in the title, I recently bought a one year student membership to Cloud Adobe Creative suite, with the confirmation number provided by email. It's been more than 24 hours, and I still cannot download my purchase. When I click on the download button, the download starts, but is only to between 4 and 30% before stopping. Error messages that are returned are 201 or 1001. 201 refers to the Internet connection which, according to the website of my ISP, is fine. Referring to the 1001 error troubleshooting section offers all first uninstall the desktop app creative cloud and then reinstall it before you run the vacuum cleaner. However, I am unable to uninstall the trial version, only receives a message that uninstalling cannot happen because other applications use. None are open and even a restart does not solve the problem.
Adobe phone service is naturally closed at the time wherever I come home from work, and their chat tool is inactive since purchase. So, I turn on the forums. If someone from Adobe can contact me, or if anyone in the Adobe community has useful advice, it will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, can Adobe InCopy (via CC) be installed on the Windows Remote Desktop? We already have licenses for all users of the software team in our Organization so it would be the same that connecting to a second computer creative cloud.
We use the InCopy remote workflow to great success, but sometimes the InCopy users need to access the files on our servers.
