    When exactly the problem occur?
     
    Follow the steps below and check if that helps.
     
    Step 1:
     
    Test the issue in safe mode and check if the keyboard is blocked.
     
    Step 2:
     
    If your computer very well in Safe Mode functions, you can put your system to boot and check if any third party or any service application is causing the problem and therefore the computer to freeze.
     
    Put your boot system helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you can go ahead and disable or uninstall the same.
     
    Once the system is in a clean boot state, check if the computer continues to block or not.

    I can't be sure of what you said, but it looks like it is very
    probably that you are infected with malware.

    I waited for my trial applications to download for 2 hours now, and there is no indication of progress.  How can I check that they download to my computer? Adobe Application Manager does not give me any info at all.

    You must use the desktop app here cc, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud to install your programs, and your tests.

    This app shows download progress in percentage of total available for download two spots:

    If you don't see any change in 5 minutes, cancel the download and restart it.

  • All of a sudden, the .mts files and some mp4s will not load project on one computer (still works great on the second computer)

    Worked on a project all week, no problem.  Had to restart the computer, project manager, now all files .mts say 'type of compression not supported', and some fine previously mp4s (made in After Effects) to display only green.  But it's not all mp4s, only some of them.  Through all the forums.  Do you have all the deactivation, reactivation, uninstalling, re-installing, etc..  The same problem.  Responsible for the project even upward on a laptop and it works fine.

    Nothing new has been installed.  Nothing has changed on the computer.  I rebooted, it so I could move to another office.  It worked very well at 09:55 this morning, and when I tried to reload the project after the restart at 10:20, it no longer works.

    Fortunately, my laptop slow can at least load and export the final of this project.  But I need my rear main system.

    It just started. I start firefox, and it opens with none of the toolbars. The only way I can close it is to go to Task Manager. I can not access any bookmarks or anything else. I tried to open in safe mode starting with the depresed key space. Also tried to accesses using the ALT key. No luck

    It works with internet explorer, but I have no updated bookmarks in memory.

    Make sure that you run not Firefox mode full screen (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Ctrl + Shift + F).

    If you are in full screen view then hover over with the mouse upward to make the bar appear Navigation and tab bar.

    You can click the maximize button in the upper right to leave the mode full screen or empty space of a right-click on a toolbar and use "exit full screen" or press F11.

    If the menu bar is hidden, then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the call of menu bar.

    Make sure the toolbars like the toolbar 'Navigation' and the 'personal bar' are visible: "view > toolbars".

    I couldn't access my applications to my office after I bought a subscription.  I ended up cancelling my credit card because there was no other suggestion given.

    I never received an email confirming my membership, but that they took my credit card payment.  A little annoyed when I couldn't use the software I had of course already started paying for.

    I'm working on setting up my new Mac Pro. I would spend ALL my definitions of site from my old computer to a shooting in a new. Is this possible? If so, how? I have about 60 Web sites, I rather would not export each on individually (especially since DW CC from my old computer hangs when I try this). Is there a master file somewhere so that I can copy to the new computer?

    You should be able to shift + click or control + click on all the sites under the Site > Manage Sites and choose export all make them.

I tried all means of security who do not say "you can't cancel" I still images and apps on my phone.

    I renewed my membership full CC on 6 January of this year.  Payment of 45UKP taken by Adobe.  All access to all CC programs disappeared.  When I connect it tells me I have one year subscription, but when I tried to download any program it tells me that I left the 0 days of my free trial and I wonder if I want to buy the product. I contacted Adobe customer support chat, they have no idea what is the problem and so just lie - telling someone will contact me by email and the problem will be solved within 24 hours.  No one ever contacted me.

    I am a teacher and I ask my students to download free trials of Photoshop and Dreamweaver for assignments. They will have exactly one month (two weeks for PS and two weeks for DW). Is it possible to download each application separately, then they will have 30 days for each application? Instead of downloading a free trial of CC, which would it be, give the 30 days access to all applications? I would like for them to have as much time as they can to access the PS and DW even after completing their assignments.

    Each Adobe CC applications have a separate 30-day trial period, once that install you them and click on START the TRIAL of this day begins the testing of this product on your computer.

    So if you use two different products, you can install all or at another time just don't forget to hit the trial start only to that you want to use currently.
