• Help, please! I'm going nuts! JavaScript problem when you try to load the images on the E - Bay auctions and My Space does not look right

  This is the second time I've been here for help and I had to use IE in recent weeks because I still I have this problem. The pictures on individual E - Bay auctions start to load then stop, I think it is a Javascript problem. I already tried the troubleshooting tips for the "images are not displayed" AND I uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox without result. My space does not seem to be display correctly, for example, if I want to change the color of a font in a message boxes appear, but no color... Please HELP somebody! Thank you!

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of your modules is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Modules > themes).
  See the extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common troubleshooting Firefox problems and troubleshooting questions with plugins like Flash or Java to solve common Firefox problems

  If this does not work in safe mode and then disable all your extensions and then try to find out who is causing by allowing both the problem reappears.
  You can use "Disable all add-ons" window the startup of Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to disable all extensions.
  You will need to close and restart Firefox after each change via "file > exit ' (Mac: ' Firefox > leave";) Linux: "file > exit ')

• No matter which web page opening causes crashes and several scripts does not

  Once I open firefox, it hangs on nearly every Web page. After a few minutes, a script error does not appear. The shutdown script does nothing most of the time.   It is a standard orientation which addresses the most common issues with Flash. I'm sure you've seen some of it before, but just in case:

  (1) make sure that all recorders/downloaders who interact with the Flash media are as up-to-date as possible, or turn them off.

  (2) disable graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox and Flash

  (A) in Firefox, see the post above

  (3) turn off protected mode (Windows Vista/7/8)

• HP Deskjet 2132: The date showing on my screen but does not print on the sheet.

  The header and the footer shows on my computer screen, but it does not print on the print current sheet.

  I tried the solution, but it did not work, and the strange thing is that if I change from Portrait to landscape of the date part prints but not all of it.  21/02/16 just found the problem. I was using the Google Chrome browser and I switched to Mozilla Fire fox.  Walla, the problem has been resolved. Thanks a lot for your help.   MMacBook does not load

  Looks like you have is connected wrong charger (you have an older Mac in the House?) or the charger has been damaged. Perhaps the magnetic head is damaged.

  You have another mac or a friend with a mac that has the same charger if you can try that?

  You can certainly buy replacement chargers, but I recommend that ensure you it is the charger that is the first problem to avoid spending money. If this is a problem with the port on the Mac, then a replacement charger will not help.

  If you don't have a 2nd charger to test, you can take your Mac at the Apple Store or your local electronics store that sells Macs and ask to try the plug one of their display models.

• The center of security and Windows Firewall does not.

  I run MSE and Windows Firewall. The Security Center will pop up and tell me my firewall is disabled and I'm unprotected. When I check the recommendations, sometimes it is still on! Other times it is turned off, turn back on and someday or later does it again. This is what would serve turn off my Windows Firewall or give false information on it power status?

  From the description, even if you use MSE does participate or part of this problem.  It is a problem between the Security Center and Windows Firewall.

• Printer shows ready and connected but does not print how to reconnect it

  Printer HP Photosmart 5520 is not yet shown under devices and printers, but when I do caillet shows Photosmart 5520 connected and ready, but it will not be printed.  Only, it started when I had another problem with emails and respond and called century link (my emailer) on another problem.  Can someone tell me what to do, I have the disc and have inserted and nothing going on help please, I really need the printer.

  Thank you for your answer and I did something that apparently worked.  Before your apply I shut down the computer and the next time I opened it, the printer worked.  I think there were some documents before and when I turned it on again, it worked.  Thanks for your reply, I did apparently accidentally.

  I should be able to accomplish this task with simple steps, not an eternity of troubleshooting your installation bad 'protection '. I am equally sure that many others have no problem, I do however.

• How to remove a photo album? I can't find the instructions. Delete and command + delete does not work.

  I use Photos (not iPhoto) and El Capitan.

  Then you need to update your profile and post on the forum of Photos (I'll ask that this be moved to the appropriate forum)

  The pictures to delete an album right-click on it and select Delete album

  Note that this removes the album not the photos in the album
