  I have a problem with my Mac Pro end 2013. I bought it in August of 2014. It has always seemed to be a little weird, but I attributed this to the usual first generation bugs and not-so-stellar OSXs from the end. When it was available, I installed the latest update of El Capitan, 10.11.5,, and it seemed that Apple had finally deceived. Since the update, I enjoyed the use of my MP as much as other Macs I've owned over the years (a Performa, G3, G4, G5, several iMac, MacBook, MacBook Pro and Mac Mini - 14 in all).

  Yes, computer on my MP was nearlly nirvana, that is, until a few days ago. It started when my mouse became very unresponsive and I just thought he needed a couple of new batteries. I put fresh packaging as engergizers in, but it did not help. The slider was slow and jerky, and sometimes it is completely frozen. I paired a new mouse, also with new batteries, the Member and experienced the same thing. Basically, the mouse was unusable. The slider control would come and go at random. A note on this: when I first the computer woke up today and ran into problems, I tried to open the applications folder and when it finally opened, there is no list of applications. In near-panic mode, I immediately tried the folder my documents to see if my personal files were intact, but no they had also disappeared, or so it appeared. I discovered later, having left the files open on my desk for an hour or two, that files showed later upward. It was a great relief. But the icons on several applications from the applications folder had changed to the generic Apple icon, for some reason any. I rebooted into Recovery Mode, but he wasn't able to do anything there except performing first aid on the hard drive, which showed everything be ok. I didn't restore from a backup at this stage.   I have not read all what you posted but I think a clean installation, even to an external and test simply install would probably tell a different story. I think you did an installation "backup" probably from a backup of TC. I also think that Legacy Applications from a backup OS x and third-party would be not beneficial. Try it, see what improves.

  According to my experience, the initial accreditation process takes awhile, but further improvements to the app are usually approved much faster.  So if you want to wait for your next release to be approved before you put your app on sale, then you will not delay your launch too I expect.

  But in your case, I would actually go with the version that you have been approved, make sure that you get a few sales that are working properly, and then, when you are satisfied, you have a workable version, offer your a new.  And if you find something in the first version of the App World that does not quite work, you can fix it quickly.

  BlackBerry explicitly states that there is no way to read the permissions granted. Instead your application should attempt to use the resource controlled by the permission and respond to errors when these resources are not accessible. The problem you have is that, in my judgment, there is NO function in ContactService indicating an error during authorization has not been granted. They act just as if there are no resources that you are looking for, which is not at all useful.

  There is only one thing I can think of, but it's ugly... try to create a new contact and then see if it is there. If this is the case, you have the permission. Then delete the contact test.

  The error-104 is the Android Runtime.  It indicates that the APK file that is trying the upgrade has been signed with a different key than the original.  It made no reference to any BlackBerry sign the file of the bar, but the certificate you use to sign the APK using ADT.  On an Android device, the same error occurs if you try to upgrade an APK that is signed with a different certificate.

  You can view the certificate that has been used on an APK file using a command like this:
