Illegal access to my computer, making it almost impossible to use it myself.

I received many programs appear on the recently used list, including a document word on the connection of another computer on my network, a program called 3gppnetwork.org which explains how to access my computer, a file called rasctrs.ini which is a remoteaccess = symbolfile = rasctrnm.h microsoft driver name and another Microsoft called switch. INF that contains the login scripts for connections from a remote computer. Also found was a software program plug-in wirless who initilizes my wireless modem I have not done, but using the default settings. A sample script has been wirelessnic_2ndPC init. I used to have Comcast as my ISP and I had very little access to my own computer. I would like to get the pop-up windows that certain programs and files have been used by other computers. I do not share files or configure remote access to my computer at all. My finger print security program that I just downloaded has been overrided by another computer already and paticuliar Microsoft itself. It is at least a violation of my rights, if this is done by microsoft, but for a year and a half, my antivirus gave me the name of a neighbor. I had to make several system reboots just to be able to access my own computer. I am a student and take many courses online. Is this legal? Should I treat the Court so I can regain the freedom to use my computer to that of one who is hacking in? Please respond as quickly as possible. Whenever I used to try to discuss with my ISP, my computer would just break and I'm sure this will start shortly after. Thank you

Backup your data and do a restore clean factory/install of Windows. It would be wise to have a local professional with a good reputation, this for you and also to come on-site to ensure that your network is secure. Do not use a type of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad of the place. If you choose not to have a professional arrived, then you need to determine how your computer has been compromised and fix this hole. It could be someone who has physical access to the machine, a wireless network that has been set up not securely, malware, or other factors that we have no way to know from here. • Cannot access the name \\computer 0 error code x 80070035 using 2 machines Win 7 Professional x 64

    Makes me crazy!

State of the computer 1: Norton 360 on. Wired Ethernet for Linksys router. This Computer Configuration initially homegroup. User name and password on both machines. 2 computer can see this machine as expected - sweet!

State of the computer 2: uninstalled Norton 360. Windows Firewall is off. Wired Ethernet for Linksys router. User name and password on both machines. This computer cannot be seen by computer 1 grrrrr!

I left home group on both machines several times without success. Several reboots. Convenience stores are worthless. I tried a lot of things posted on this forum and others. My Win 7 machines see my XP machines without problem. All computers in the same workgroup. I can ping computer 2 1 computer and vice versa.

Earlier this week, it's the opposite problem. 2 computer could not see Computer1. Even old 'advanced sharing' has failed. After 3 days of forums and try things, I reinstalled Win 7 on both computers and everything was fine. Very painful and I am reluctant to reinstall all my software until this problem is fixed permanently.

Does anyone have a short solution to reinstall Win 7?

Any ideas why it continues to be? I set up a wireless network first network printer, and then wired, then to the USB. I uninstalled all the software of printer, but that did not help.

    Hi Jack_W,

Since you are able to see and access computer 2 1 computer and unable to see the computer from computer 1 2. I suggest you first with the computer to check if network discovery is enabled on the computer.

    To turn on network discovery

    1. Open advanced sharing settings by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel. In the search box, type network, click network and sharing Center, and then in the left pane, click change advanced sharing settings.

    2. click on the chevron to expand the current network profile.

    3. If network discovery is off, under the Discovery Network, click turn on network discovery, and then click save changes. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Also, you can access the link and follow the steps and check if it helps to see the computer 2.
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/why-can-t-I-connect-to-other-computers

You can also check if you can access computer computer 2 1 by opening with the command run and typing in the IP address of computer 2.

To do this, follow the steps in the computer 1.

    1. Click Start
    2. In the start menu search box type computer 2 \\ipaddress\ and press on enter for example: \\192.168.0.2\

Check if it opens and connects to the computer 2 in the network.

Also, you can try to start the computer in safe mode with network and see if they can see each other.  To boot to the desktop in safe mode with network keep tapping key F8 during restart. Once you see the option to start it in safe mode with select network and press ENTER.

Access the link to learn more about how to start the computer in safe mode:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

I hope this helps. Let us know the results.

  • The Inspector guard automatic opening and closing. This is what makes it almost impossible to use firefox.

I simply can't the Inspector to stop opening. I tried a few steps listed through other messages of support concerning the deactivation of the Inspector and firebug, but none of these worked. I am writing this upward in chrome at the moment. The only way I can stop doing what he's doing is now Shift, Control or ALT. I checked to see if these keys have been blocked or somehow going out on their own, but they are not. I even restarted my computer and it is always the case. Any help would be appreciated.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

  • The mouse is confused - almost impossible to use the virtual machine more...

    Hello

I use a number of VMWare (6.0.7 build-2844087) sessions player on my i7 quad core Windows 8.1 system for separate processes.  I don't do anything in my main boot environment is nice and clean.  I have a player for web browsing, one for email and a few others (game, video editing, etc.).  This separation gives me an easy backup/restore option for any computer virtual as well as prevention 1 VMS are attacked/infected/hacked/etc most I can lose, it is what is in this virtual machine.

Something broke all of a sudden.  I don't know if it was the last update for VMware tools or some change made by windows update or maybe even a setting that I did.

But now, my mouse is very confused.  If you look at the picture, you can see 2 pointers.  The bottom is my VM. The top appears with the VMWare container think that the mouse should be there. And the relationship between the 2 pointers constantly changes.  So I can select something in the virtual machine, but the tank of the virtual machine can think the mouse is on the VM bar and when I click the virtual computer closes, presentation of the changes of the screen, minimize, etc..

    badmouse.jpg

I did some research.  All of my text is set to the smallest size (the most common fix I found.)  I have re-installed VMWare tools.  I tried to change the mouse settings in my VM and the primary host environment.

It's to the point where I can't click without 1st checking the top of the window on my main screen or risk losing work, etc..

    Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

    Thank you

If anyone is interested in distance, I finally solved the problem.  My guess is that I could have reinstalled the main operating system.  Instead, I've upgraded to 10 Windows and then installed Player 7.1.2.  On the plus side, no more problems with 2 pointers mouse with one randomly showing where and when he wanted.

On the negative, I always have to press Ctrl-Alt to get to the VMWare bar at the top of the window.  But it is a small price to pay for now to be productive again.

FWIW, my guess is that upgrading to 7.1.2 is really what makes the difference.

  • Unauthorized access from another computer

I found "Account unknown" as an additional user profile. I believe that my nephew has access to my computer from his computer. I was online and I started while he was on his computer. If I'm on my laptop and it is not on his computer, my laptop works very well. As soon as it connects to his computer, then my laptop runs slowly. According to me, he is accessing my computer somehow. I use Windows XP Home Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 3. I have the disabled guest user and I have a password to log on to my laptop. Do you know something about the conversion from FAT to NTFS disks? My laptop is not configured for networking and authorize remote assistance is disabled (not allowed). Is it possible that I can see if his computer access my laptop? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Looks almost like it's using Remote Desktop, but XP Home does not allow that.

Since you have XP Home Edition, file sharing Simple is applied and remote users can authenticate only as long as the user "guest".  You say you have 'Off' Guest user  How did you do that?  If you did it in the user control panel, which does not disable access to the network - only for interactive access.  To really disable the guest user and deny access to the network, you must open a command prompt window (start-> Run-> "cmd") and enter the command:
NET user guest / active: No.

Another approach would be to put a password on the guest user:
"Set up the password for the user in Windows XP"

You must also make sure that the user 'administrator' built-in gave a password as well, or it may log and undo what you've done.  Also check the "Administrators" group and ensure it doesn't have access to one of the accounts listed there.  List of the members of the Administrators group, open a window to prompt as above and enter the command:
    net localgroup administrators
which lists all of the users in the Administrators group.

To see who is connected to your computer, right click on 'My Computer'-> manage-> user Sessions

A "Account unknown" user profile means that a user who has used to have a profile has been removed from the machine.

  • Have I been scammed? -Received a call from Windows saying pirates were trying to get access to my computer

I just got a call from windows saying pirates were trying to get access to my computer and asked me to go to the run menu and type eventvwr and go to security and count the red Xs and yellow triangles, after that I said I was under 18, they told me to wait for their phone call.  They also said that they were in England in the Department in charge of piracy (not the exact words), I was wondering if it was a scam because (don't not to sound racists but) they sounded to the East Indies and I read on some other getting calls of the people of the East Indies and it didn't sound like a normal call center because there was a lot of noise in the background it all seemed a bit suspicious to me.

In the finder under devices, I see a remote disk. It means someone has access to my computer?, and how find and get rid of it. Or is it a disk bound one of my devices? I have an iMac El Captan10.11.3

    # Remote disc is a feature that allows you to use the CD drive from another computer.

It is always in the Finder, and when Setup a disc in another computer it will appear.

It is perfectly normal.  No one has access to your computer.

I get repeated calls from this phone number 855-805-8326 claiming they are Microsoft and they should have access to my computer, so they can fix the reported problems, they have received. I hang up on them and they immediately remind me 2 - 3 times. This is the case on several occasions... and I'm sure it's a scam. • How to completely disable access to my computer wireless?

I don't want only a wired connection wireless access to my computer

My computer has been compromised by a person with no morality and no politeness. I want to eliminate the possibility of wireless access. I intend to use the DSL only. My computer has a factory wireless adapter. can I uninstall it and retain Internet connectivity? the DSL seems to work very well. Please notify. I need to discourage their kind of irresponsible damage, until someone else has the same misfortune.      Thank you for your efforts, B.T.T.

You don't need to uninstall anything, if you do want to use wireless, you could just disable in your laptop, there should be a key turns off wireless. In addition, keep your system updated and use anti-virus software, check the center of the action, or the Windows Security Center to see it is something else you should consider.

  • Access to a computer lock-down Windows XP password

    So here's the problem:

Anyone upgraded a Windows XP-based computer to a laptop Win 8.1 (now using Win 10).

They want to get some files off on your XP computer.

The XP computer requires a password to access.

None of the passwords used by this person access to the machine. We have even tried using shift, nothing.

I should also get so after obtaining the data they want, we can clean the hard drive before the recycling machine.

How do you get to the login screen of Windows XP when no password doesn't work?
    Thank you.
