  I recently updated my Windows 10 (x 64)-update of the anniversary (Build 1607). Unfortunately, Illustrator has become unstable, and I can't use, as the cursor blinks permanently. I also installed the pre-release illustrator 2015.3.1 worm, but unfortunately, it has not solved the problem.

  After the last update "Illustrator 2015" shows the window that contains the still open tables. This has also no open tables. Much more practice and efficae was the scene of previous versions.

  Updated illustrator 2015 from 2014 and my Extension Panel is missing in illustrator and in the extensions Manager I get the error message (as the extension cannot be installed, it requires version illustrator to range inclusively from 15.0 to 15.9.).  Thank you Adobe!

  Today, I ran the update to Illustrator 2015 and for a moment the paths are pixelated. I was working on this specific issue before the update and everything was perfect.

  Probably due to the newness for accelerating GPU CC2015 retnia screens. Is your screen a retina? If not try using the view > overview of CPU. The GPU acceleration is enabled by default in CC2015.

• Save for the Web Glitch? Illustrator 2015.3 CC

  I just updated my CC Illustrator to the latest version (2015.3), and I notice that when you use 'Save for Web' it automatically returns to the default value, which is GIF... I tried to create presets and repeat the process several times hoping that it will retain the previous setting I used that ideally is JPEG, but in vain.  The previous version of Illustrator remember my previous settings during export, but now I have to manually switch each setting time and time again.  I use 'Save for Web' a lot, so it becomes a boring potential nightmare for me.

  Any ideas?

The creative cloud application checks the update once a day, so you may see the update immediately.  If you want to force the check for an update at the beginning please logout and log back into the creative Cloud application.

• Illustrator 2015 Beta

  I have a large volume of crashes using Illustrator 2015 (apparently the beta), especially when I try to save files HAVE that jpg using the function "save for Web". He performs regularly on two different computers running 10.10.3 Yosemite. It always seems that it is a kernel panic. Anyone else have this problem or found a workaround?

  A little more information here: it seems to hang on a regular basis when I resize art. For example, if the vertical dimension of my conception of 11 x 17 is 1124px and I resize the output to 2000px, the accident is fairly regular. I just recorded under 1124px without resizing and it worked without crashing.

  I think you are talking after upgrade to CC 2015 you're not able to launch I. Also, I believe you speak for read only matter of preference.

  After following the instructions please do not launch Illustrator and check your file preference if the permissions have been set correctly. A good way would be to get inside the preferences folder and then try to create a file manually. If it succeeds, please write to [email protected]

  I get the error of false unit test "ShimNotSupportedException" below. I use Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise Update 1, I also tried to update the 2 but no luck from the moment. I did research and seen in msdn post (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh549176.aspx) Shim is still supported by company 2015 VS.

• How can I delete templates in Illustrator 2015 CC?

  Can someone tell me how to delete my unused templates in Illustrator 2015 CC?  I have an iMac.  Thank you!

  I followed the path that you gave me and what I need to delete aren't there. I just need to keep six of the fourteen, but here's what I see, and none of them are on the hard drive, according to the instructions that gave me:

• Export since the 2015.6 update questions

  Since the 2015.6 update I'm having issues export pictures to web sites. Export to the hard drive seems to work without problems. Export to Meetup and Facebook blew up after a few images. Have not yet tried SmugMug. Seems to have started after the 2015.6 update. The error message for Meetup is one of their site. If I export on my hard drive first, and then up to Meetup there no problem. Same goes for Facebook. I updated plugins for sites with no improvement.

  Anyone else see this problem? Any entry form Adobe?

  This only bug fixes Update corrections occurred after effects CC 2015 (13.7.1) on Mac OS x files: RED (.r3d) can still be imported and are not reported as missing in existing projects.

  This update is only for Mac OS X and is not available for Windows, because the bug with the RED files does not occur under Windows. The most recent update for After Effects on Windows is after effects CC 2015 (13.7.1).
