I heard that ORACLE Information Lifecycle Management (heatmap, ADO) does not work with the plug-in Multittenant ORACLE database. Is this correct?

Yes, it will only work ith NO CDB database.

When I load virtual machines in an environment secure multitenant where network isolation layer is needed between tenants, this means that each tenant has their own dns domain? I set up a DNS Zone by tenant and let the tenant to manipulate the area if necessary. That's what most of the organizations. DNS is tough enough as it is and you can lock the box within the DNS updates to specific areas or even systems. Only not on this one think too, using what is built into DNS.

Some tenants will want their own DNS server that they order that transmits to your main DNS, but for those who need you to manage their DNS, DNS is already quite capable.

Sort of Iphoto, photo libraries on 2 macbooks

I had a macbook 2008 pro running Mountain Lion with installed Iphotos and main library of 96 GB. I used the ILM of Fat Cat software to fix my libraries various periods in recent years, always successfully, with the help of this forum.

This fall the HD died, and when it was repaired the repairman elected to install Yosemite.

I had not planned to move Photos from Iphoto, but in the week after getting the computer repaired in return, I stupidly opened Photos. I don't remember exactly what I was trying to run, but I did a number of serious mistakes and ended up playing with the libraries in the two programs in ways that make them virtually unusable, then briefly tried to rebuild things using the Fat Cat software library manager programs ILM and PowerPhoto.

I'm done with a photo program that works very well, but is severely incomplete (I don't know how) and, as I had been warned, if only I had listened to, does not have metadata that I use all the time.

The program iPhoto (currently 9.6.1), a miniature of everything, all my metadata, complete lists of all the albums I've done over the years, but a lot of his photos will not be open. I just get an exclamation point.

My goal now is to try to repair the main Iphoto library, then I'm back as many features as possible. Is it too late or can you suggest a way to approach this problem? I have previous backups on external hard drives, but don't want to lose my most recent photos.

Two things to add:

I don't think that I put pictures correctly on the macbook - it is not by adding new photos, so the last pictures inside are from July 2015. I guess there is a simple way to hang it in the cloud?

He can do a set much more than what you can do yourself. If she could not Oracle would not have invested a lot of time and money in it. (I'm sure they knew already had the solution of WHERE clause)

How to access the ESX service console

I'm a TV engineer trying to solve a problem of network with our equipment. I'm not a network engineer.
I'm trying to follow the VMWareKB: "Troubleshooting connection problems network using the Protocol ARP (Address Resolution)" I'm just trying to check the ARP table exists on our ESX Server and has some entries.
KB said running 'arp - a' for a list of the ARP table.
To do this, I need to open a service console. I have now read articles 3 or 4 on the use of the Service Console but I am still unable to open it to run the command. I do not understand what I am doing wrong, I am incredibly stupid or miss me something completely.
An article said, press 'Alt F1"exactly where I am doing this? A virtual machine is connected to the ESX? An article said "to VIM summary screen' I tried logging on the virtual machine and point a web browser on the server, I get a screen of welcome of ESX with link"Connecting to Web Access", when I click on it I get"Internet Explorer Can t Open The Web page.
I had a look at VIM, I can see the details of the Vswitch network on the configuration page, including the IP address of the console service. Can't see how to open a service console. VIM of pointing at the address for service console is unable to do anything.
I just need to know how to open the Service console and check the tables of ARP based on the KB.

The fundamental problem is about some units of electric distribution that we use to power the equipment in the racks. They have a network connection which we track using Virtual Machines to the report of a third person of monitoring and control software. The virtual machines are running alarm software driver used to report to the third party. The virtual machine is on a blade server.
We have a problem where a unit of the IML has been replaced but configured with incorrect default gateway address. In the hours to do so, the monitoring and control software lost connection to ILM and one by one, all units of the IML began to send the ARP requests - "who has 10.172.248.254'.
Finally, the MDU constantly send ARP requests and the MDU have lost connectivity to the virtual computer. If we open the VM machine, follow up and a MUD, the ping command ping fails, if we put a laptop in place an ILM and ping the machine VM, the ping works fine.
If power us off/on the ILM voltage they are good, but we are a 24/7 operation and power cycling the MDU is considered risky.
We have had this problem before and the only solution was to rebuild the virtual machine and assign all MDU to a new network address.
All switches ILM is connected (foundry Falstron GS) have been verified by the support of our network guys and we are told are all good. The blade server hosts about 20 VM and they work just fine from other systems SNMP traffic monitoring.
If anyone has any ideas I'm all ears.

As stated, the console is the administration interface that you can use directly on the hardware. It is not a VM (as such) that connect you with the standard management GUI. You can SSH in the network or you can be "physically connected" as you say (I would use HP SIM or the ILO to connect directly to the blade). Once you have that screen upward, press 'Alt + F1' and you connect. Then you should be able to follow the KB to check the ARP table.

You may notice that some of the images show the blades unlighted - and some of these bades are fuzzy and some are not (no good masks).
I am convinced that it is those flattened (such as files) and then turned on after them. Notice how no light allowing blend modes are used in the initial stages of the creation of the blade.
I want to know is how much more detail/quality would need to be able to determine the method behind the effects?
Are techniques uesd as blur channel - they had to invent clever techniques?

Because I know that some of these people who have worked at ILM and developed these techniques. Software may be different, but it's just to blend modes and blurs. That's all there is to it. That's all that can be done with a plug-in. You take pixel values and do some arithmetic on them. You add values, multiply the values or perform other calculations on them. It is what it is for the compositing and Visual effects.

There is no magic, just technical and care throughout the process. It is the layers and arithmetic. That's all there is to it.

Controllers multitenant and DLR

If I deploy a DLR to each tenant in a shared environment, each DLR will have its own VM DLR controller?

Assuming that you have chosen the deployment option to deploy a unit of NSX edge during the deployment of the DLR, so yes, every DLR will have a VM control.

The list of exam for 1Z0-062 (Oracle database Installation and Administration 12 c) includes NO MultiTenant Architecture.

So why, when I'm in the root container, do CANCEL from container 1? Why is it not 0?

It's the same exact query in CBD$ ROOT and PDB1_1, but it returns different values for the line "even". Of course views $ v are not guaranteed to be consistent, but I suspect that the value passed between select statements.

The '1' for the root refers to the root owns. Which allows root to modify. A '0' means it is shared and cannot be changed. That is why the '0' is used in the PDB views.

If you look at the DDL for the TABLESPACE of $ V you will see that the value is mapped to '0' for PDB.

Mapping of URLS with ADR 3.0.1 and Tomcat for several APEX databases

I have ADR 3.0.1.177.18.02 installed with Tomcat 7.0.59 on a server named ah30. It works well with APEX 4.2.6 in the data base SCREWS on this server.
I also to be configured to work with a second database on server ah9 APEX, but I was not able to run again.

Can someone help me with this issue?
Were you successful with this type of configuration?

I suggest you try later versions 2.x ADR. I have had more success with the URL mapping using this version.

I have not had an opportunity to deepen the problem, but I may be soon. With my level of knowledge, I must rely on cookbook recipes provided by the documentation and other. My only interest in ADR and Tomcat should connect the plumbing APEX can be used. The solution of mapping URLS of configuration of multiple databases with ADR has been described in the blog and the following thread:

I was able to implement the mapping of the URL of ADR and multiple database feature using the version 2.0.10.

Models of 12 c to CBD and PDB

We have many customers, and it is not possible to upgrade all clients on a single server and have a PDB file for each client.
In order to reproduce the process between the various servers, we take the approach to use a standard template for the creation of the database and configuration.

Database Oracle 12 c and Kerberos

Hi guys, I have the Kerberos authentication on lunix works well but I can not configure the database to authenticate users with Kerberos 5.
I followed the official instructions on setting up Kerberos authentication. However, I am struck with as error.
The work of okinit and oklist. But when I try to connect with 'sqlplus /@orcl' it gives me this error:

I have a database of 12 c that was created without this option.

Short answer: Yes.

Longer answer: APEX does not care if you use Multitenant Architecture or not. With APEX 4.2.3 it now supports the Multitenant Architecture, but focuses on the different installation types and has nothing to do with running or an APEX Application development.

Lightsaber effect - how do you think what ILM at - it?

I don't think that all of us would disagree that the laser swords made by people like Ryan Wieber looks something like lightsaber ILM (lucasfilm).
Let's look at this in a little more detail...
I'll ignore the episodes 4 to 6 (1970) because they have not been manufactured using technology, and thus we can hardly hope to achieve these effects as we use technology.
Thus, the series prequel, episodes 1-3 (2000) is what interests me.
The Phantom Menace:
These swords are very organic looking. They seem to be made up of some sort of system that uses the transfer mode "Add", "Screen", which I was using in the two upcoming movies.
The color on the sabres is sophisticated enough - much more pleasant AND realistic that all 'Color Correction' used in the tutorials for After Effects lightsaber.

I don't know these tools specifically, but I guarantee you that they did some motion tracking, some roto work (probably automatic because they can afford it) then added some blur and used for blending modes to create the effect. They can come with their own plug-ins Glow, but any light is generated by a blur applied to a shape using a blending mode.

Here it's not how they did, because you are probably not using the same tools, but how can recreate you the effect as simply and easily as possible. The technique I did a demo in the video is my version of a manifesto years by Alex Lindsay , who is a friend of mine (who who also worked for ILM at the same time). Compositing digital all the traces its roots to John Knoll , who was one of the designers of Photoshop of origin and who also worked at ILM. It's all math applied to the pixels.

Discover how Photoshop works with channels, colors and blending modes, so you will be able to understand how the After Effects or any compositing application. Simply following tutorials that use a specific plug-in won't teach you not much more than a possible use of the plug-in to achieve the effect shown. Do some experiments with the basics using nothing but the blur, blending modes and channel command (levels, curves, etc.) and you'll be well on your way to being a guru of EI. Then you can refine your technique and your eye so that all your effects are credible.
