Im not able to install new applications via CC...
I get a blue spinning wheel. I tried to delete the OOBE, but when I put in the trash just freezes and does not go to the trash. Help!

Please restart the computer and then try to empty the trash.
If this does not help, please follow the steps below:
1-go to: Apple icon > System Preferences > Security and privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this ANYWHERE
* To make these changes, you will need to click on the padlock in the lower corner on the left and enter your Mac password.
2-go to: right-click on the icon in the Finder and select "Go-' the folder option. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.
/ etc.
3-look for hosts and ~ orig - if you see these two present here then hosts remove and rename files ~ Orig as hosts.
However, if you see that hosts the open it and look for adobe in there for example entries: activate.adobe.com, Licenses.adobe.com etc.
If you see these entries, then follow the steps below:
all entries to delete a selection > it will ask you to create a copy of the armies do that and save it to your desktop.
b now delete the Hosts file that contains entries that is located in your folder/etc
c - drag the Copy Desk Hosts file to the folder/etc and rename it as hosts
4 - launch creative Cloud app log and check

BlackBerry smartphones can not install new applications after upgrade to version 5
Since I downloaded something like "Blackberry OS version 5" on the web and updated my device using the Desktop Manager, I was able to download new applications.
I managed to get the BBM on - the phone would have been useless if not - but no more applications will be downloaded.
Everything seems to work, if I download via the web, or use the Desktop Manager to install applications, there are no mistakes and he said it worked - but there is no icon of the application in a folder.

I just updated to Version 5, tonight and had the same problem. I went to the BB mobile site and there is an upgrade to AppWorld available - Version 2.0.0.36 once I downloaded, installed and rebooted, the icon was back and working. Hope that helps!

Please keep us updated on the status of the issue.
I suggest you try the following steps and check if it helps.
a. you restart, and then press F8 after the bios screen comes up to bring up the windows boot options menu.
b. Select "safe mode with command prompt" and press ENTER.
(c) in the command prompt, type del c:\windows\system32\msiexec.exe and press ENTER.
d. restart the computer and make sure that the Windows Installer service is set to automatic and started.
e. try to install the Microsoft security essentials again.

We are not able to install Windows Mobile device Center 6.1 in the context of the system. We have only 2 options to install any application via SCCM. (1) user, 2) system context. In the context of the user, we will not be able to install the application and system installation of context is a failure. Exe installs fine when we run as admin, but we do not have admin context option in SCCM 2012. Please confirm that we have any other new exe or we can not install in the system context.

Not able to install firefox updates
I downloaded the new firefox updates, but not able to install. I followed the steps.
1. check if no instance of firefox is running in the Task Manager
2 lunch Firefox as administrator.
3. click on Yes
4. it begins to install.
5 throws an error as several instance of firefox running.
6. tried this couple of times, but of no use. Every time error.
7. no created dumps.Do a clean install (re)-:
- Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.

- Uninstall your current version of Firefox and remove the Firefox program folder before installing this copy of the Firefox installer.
- Do not erase personal data if you uninstall the current version.
- It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.
You don't need to create a new profile, which is not necessary for this issue
Your bookmarks and other profile data is stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and will not be affected by a relocation, but make sure that you do not select delete data of a personal nature if you uninstall Firefox.
