  Did you run the System File Checker?  If so, what were the results?  If you haven't done so already, you will need to run (sfc/scannow) so that it can check your system files for all questions.  Also this happens after any update is installed, or only the current links that are pending?  I suggest try to install an update at a time and see if you are able to get the updates installed or not.

• SW2 does not start after update

  Hope someone can help.

  I've updated my SW2 yesterday and everything seemed fine, but now when it connected to my phone the SW2 kept rebooting.

  I tried to turn it off, and now it does not start at all I just get 5 vertical bars on the screen. She is completely loaded and not recognized by the PC.

  I've just updated my BIOS 2.10 to 2.20 to try to overcome a problem of overheating with Linux.
  The reboot of the XP laptop will not start. I get the XP screen for a few seconds and then the blue screen of death flashes until restarting the laptop before. The blue screen is so fast, that it's not finished writing the text - I can't see all the numbers to check the error.

  If I choose Linux Mint of my GRUB screen, the laptop starts properly. I also see the Windows partitions. I tried to boot from a XP disc to run CHKDSK, but I go to the step where it says it inspects the configuration of my then hangs on a black screen / white and there it is.

  Any ideas? Is it possible to roll back the BIOS?

  My problem started with an automatic update in the last 48 hours. Worked well previously. After installing the update? I'm more able to start.   I assume that your system works very well after running system restore from the system recovery options .
   
  After the system restore, you can install the updates manually one by one to check the update is causing the problem to occur.
   
  If the problem persists, you can do the Startup Repair by using the Windows 7 installation disc. It will automatically fix problems that prevent Windows to start.
   
  If you want as follows to disable automatic updates , you can follow the steps from the link below. (not recommended)

  I recently installed Windows 7 ultimate on a PC under Vista Basic.  I have done this as a clean install, wipe the existing partitions and create a new one for the installation.

  Everything was going well for two days until this morning when I turned on the P.C.   I had a similar problem yesterday with 12 October 2010 MS update on a laptop running Win 7 Professional. PC worked perfectly in the morning, I downloaded the update to 32 MB and the installation process seems to be okay, but I couldn't get past the Windows 7 login screen after booting. Kept, get a blank screen. Even tried to start safe mode, but got the same answer. Later, I used the F8 key at startup and selected the last restore point that was created a week ago. It helped me in my PC. I removed the automatic download more MS Updates. One of the 12 had about 10 patches in it and really messed up my PC. Good luck. /

  last night my laptop set to day, I turned it off and when I started today he went straight to the safe mode selection screen. I chose to start in normal mode where it just went to blue screen, just a flash so I couldn't read what is on it and then restarted itself.
