It is not possible to install a program in the nonadministrator user profile. However, if you know the credentials (user name and password) of the administrator then, try the steps below to install the program under the non administrator user account.
Right-click on the Setup file
Select the second option "Run as Administrator" from the menu drop-down
Now, enter the administrator user name and password which will allow you to install the package on the account.
In case you do not have the administrator username and password you could get in contact with the administrator to install the software.

Change their dates the correct dates - for Photos all photos are sorted by date and time (all the pictures, they are sorted by date imported photos)
You can change the dates before you import using Preview software or third party or after importation using the time command to settle in Photos

The only other version for sale is currently CS6, but CS2/3 is not a supported version to upgrade to CS6. You would have to purchase the full version.
