  Its got so annoying that I'm trying to resolve the issue now.

  I always thought it could be the remote, but it is clearly a problem with the tv.
  Every 10 or 15 seconds the tv becomes unresponsive for 10 or 15 seconds as in none of the buttons on the remote work or if its environment in changing channel screen will be blank until it responds again.

  Don't put the Port 53. It causes the router to lose connection to the internet. However, others are very good.

  Unfortunately C4D Lite does not come with CS6. CS6 options include Boris FX, Zaxworks 3D element and a few others. If you make a life with AE then one of these plugins will allow you to save more than their cost in a few projects.
