  ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  ·         Do you have any extended monitor connected to the computer in the past or at the present time?

  Technically, since it's the same effect with the same settings, it works on both sizes. However, you need to test both is to decide if it will appear visually correct on both screens or not. On screens more wider/taller objects can appear earlier on the screen, it is advised to test again on both screens.

• I can not install on the new iMac ElCapitan 10.11 c5: click on install and says 'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image.

  I downloaded the Illustrator c5 for Mac file. When I click in following the instructions on the INSTALLATION it says

  Any suggestions for how to install it?

  Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

  Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

  On 29 may, I sent my iMac for repair at Eaton, here in Toronto (covered under warranty). I got with my screen was fading. They got it all fixed and I came and picked up today. BUT... I don't check the display of a crack, either. Everything happened very fast because I trusted their expertise and did not bother to check the screen carefully. Once I got home, I immediately noticed a small circular crack on the black area of the screen, lost a little piece of glass of the screen. I did not bang the iMac against anything like that. People are very careful with their stuff when something that is expensive. I don't want to blame one who has mounted the display or one of carry out of the storage room, anyway I don't know how this crack got there. In a way, it's really my fault for not having a look attentive all in store. Personally, I don't mind using this crack, but it's embarrassing because there is a little thought. Any suggestion on what I can do?

  My iMac screen is absolutely randomly fade to black (sometimes with the seeds), but the system continues to work very well. It happens even in recovery mode (command-R to chimes sound), but worse than usual. After about 10 to 20 seconds in the mode screens recovery becomes black.

  Is - this problem is software or hardware?

  P.S. screen goes black when Windows is running under Bootcamp so.
