  My iMac screen is absolutely randomly fade to black (sometimes with the seeds), but the system continues to work very well. It happens even in recovery mode (command-R to chimes sound), but worse than usual. After about 10 to 20 seconds in the mode screens recovery becomes black.

  Is - this problem is software or hardware?

  P.S. screen goes black when Windows is running under Bootcamp so.

  Please share some details such as your computer OS, exact version of your Illustrator. If you are using a Windows machine, try to run the AI as an administrator on the start menu (right-click on the icon I > Run as Administrator).

• Flashing black screen in Photoshop CC

  Hi everyone. I suspect that others have this problem after the update too but have yet to see a way around it. I'm under the last cc photoshop on a new iMac. Time to time, the screen flashes black and the screen appears misaligned. This seems to happen randomly, but almost whenever I hold the space bar to navigate around the screen. Any suggestion or help?

  It is a known issue on the iMac 4K, and we expect to hear back from Apple on the OS bug that forced him.

  I think I've seen reports of this problem with the new workspace of departure which is new.

  If you can press Cmd - K (Mac) or Ctrl-K (Windows) to open the preferences > General > uncheck 'Show 'Start' workspace... '.

  When you use my cs program 6, the screen flashes black or often just black.  If I stop moving my mouse it's a luck of the draw if the screen is dark or visible.  If it's black, I can click somewhere and get vision even once.  of course it's really a problem if I use the pen tool.

  The screen shows black only in Photoshop or any other application as well.

  • Also, if it's in Photoshop, please go to the preferences > performance > graphics processor, please click on advanced settings
  • And please change the basic design and uncheck the option for "use Open CL/GL"
  • Restart Photoshop and please let me know if it helps.

  I am under Photoshop CC 2015 with a 13 inch, Macbook Pro late 2013 OSX 10.10.3

  My screen flashes black when I use the program (really bad with the text tool)

  How can I avoid this / solve the problem?

  • This occurs generally when there is a problem with the graphics card.
  • Open Photoshop > preferences > Performance > avancΘs
  • Set the mode for drawing base.

  

  • Restart Photoshop and see if that helps.

  As of late, every time I have reconstruct my pool of Windows 7, my users report that when they type their password, the screen flashes black on and off a bunch of times and then finally logs in. This only happens during the initial connection after a restructuring. They connect via zero Clients

  Perhaps, but I suspect video ram first...  You would be able to confirm if the resolution was the issue by defining the model of the virtual machine to the lowest resolution used by your users.  Ask these users to see if they see the flashing when they connect after a restructuring.  The resolution on their virtual machines PCoIP, would not be affected as it would for users with higher resolutions.

• Why my screen flashes not black when I plug or unplug my charger?

  Whenever I plug the charger the screen flashes black for a second, but goes back to normal later and accused the computer for a few seconds (I thought that because my music or videos jumps on WMP). The same thing happens when I unplug the charger.  I didn't used to have this problem, it started happening when I reinstalled windows xp pro, or updates of packages of 2.  But the previous times, when I reinstalled windows, it never gave me this problem.  The first time that my brother reinstalled Windows, it has had this problem and recently just reinstalled windows and it doesn't have this problem.  In addition, we have the same laptop right and we used the same Windows XP Pro. disc.

  I know not how to set up all my information, I guess its called BIOS, but I have a Dell Latitude D531, there AMD Turion 64 X 2 TL - 56, 1 GB of RAM, using SP2, using a loader and OEM (I highly doubt the battery and the charger are the problem, but I thought I should mention that).

  If you need more information, I am more than welcome to do so long that you're ready to tell me how to find if I have trouble.

  Diagnosis

  The video "Refresh" is switching between 60 (on food) and 50 Hz (on battery), and the screen goes momentarily empty.

  Solution

  So what about current alternative, office > right click > properties > settings > advanced > monitor. Here, under the display settings, set the refresh rate of the screen at 50 Hertz. After you apply these settings, the flashing problem gets fixed.

  I have problems with my laptop. I have a toshiba satellite pro A120, but for the last two days, the bottom of my screen flashed black from time to time. Usually, it blinks for about a minute then works fine for a few minutes then flashes again etc.

  I agree with the user above. First of all, please check this work around on cable, graphics card, etc.

  By the way: what display driver you have installed right now? Sometimes I read here in the forum that no Toshiba display drivers problems, so I recommend you to install the latest version of Toshiba directly.

  Last but not least with an external monitor, you can check where the problem is: either internal monitor or graphics card but I think that, in both cases, you need assistance from an authorized service provider to swap the part.

  I would visit would be the web site of the manufacturer of your computer to see if updated drivers are available for your videocard etc.. If you're up to date I would try disabling Aero to see if your flicking screen stops. If you see poor display by using the palette of Aero color quality, try to change to another game of colors, such as Windows Vista Basic, to see if performance improves.
