  Pretty much the same thing happens when I try to send an email directly from Windows Live Photo Gallery. I can manage send pictures like "Accessories", but the use of the site where the pictures are just seems easier.

  HP Instant Share is abandoned by the manufacturer. However, you can use Snapfish to upload and share photos.

  Download Revo Uninstaller on the link below and install the program.

  Run Revo to see if she can find the installation of HP Image Zone Express.  If so, right click on the software icon and select uninstall.  During the process, you may be asked to remove the registry entries, it just select all and click on delete.  Do the same for any left over files and folders if requested.

• Software Windows 7 and HP Image Zone

  I have a new Pavilion s5212y w/Windows 7 and a HP printer Photosmart 8450 that comes with the HP Image Zone software for image editing.  The software is not supported by Windows 7, will not be installed (tells me to upgrade op - sys).  Is there a work around for this or the software will be compatible with the new system?  Don't get me wrong, the printer works well, it's just that I can't use the software to edit photos before printing.  Thank you.

  I have HP Image Zone to work with Windows 7.

  1 login as administrator

  2. load installation CD.  Find setup.exe, do a right click, select troubleshoot compatibility.  Accept the XP mode.

  3. start the program.

  4. it takes some time to install the program.  Be patient.

  5 ignore all messages that the program may not have install correctly.

  6. once the program is loaded, click Next and save the settings.  Ingore the error messages.

  Once the program is loaded, you can copy the shortcut (s) of the Office of the administrator to other users or just create a new shortcut.

  I have a Hp Pavilion a350n. With a HP Photosmart 2610 installed. The HP Image Zone is the 4.5 version, (which contains my version 045.004.157.000 Images, Edit version 045.004.157.000, version 3,0,0,10 of the picture library, version of the creative projects 045.004.157, HP Image Share 045.004.157.000 version) in the downloads and updates for the ngn350 section (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?os=228 & lc = en & cc = us & dlc = en & product = 371643 & lang = en) there is an update for HP Image Zone Plus (large enough 254 M), the upgrade is the file 'sp26422.exe., published on 30/11/04, Version 4.2.3  I thought that it would be upgrading my area of Image to Image Zone Plus. This is not the case. In my view, he says that I had need of HP Image Zone version 4.7 or later or something like that. I'm not under the HP/Windows delivered software came with the computer (a long story) so I have Windows XP Pro with the printer driver (solid line). The printer was purchased in December 04. Is it possible to upgrade the software of HP Image Zone for HP Image Zone Plus? Or update the current HP Image Zone 4.7 and update Image Zone Plus? Any ideas would be appreciated.

• HP Photosmart 2575 Image Zone Error HELP!

  Here is the HP Image Zone error messages that I get for YEARS!

  1. "an unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application."

  2. "null reference exception:"object reference not set to an instance of an object " ".

  The software has been made unusable due to error messages.  The only way I can get the pop up window to disappear, must go to the Task Manager, then click on end process.

  If anyone knows how to solve this chronic problem, irritating, share!  I could not find any help on the site of HP, on the Microsoft Web site, or in the resolution of problems on my computer.

  Sorry, I got rid of my annoying HP 2575, because a friend gave me an HP printer almost new (w / a price tag on that $ 100!).  But I tell you, this error message arises FOR YEARS and I have to many friends and family try to fix it for me. For a long time, I did what you... used the 'end process' in the Manager.  Sorry to say but I do not remember how I'm finally rid of him!

  Should have taken the post down, so people like you would potentially get their hopes for a solution!

  Have you tried to get answers on the site Internet of Microsft (or HP by the way), directly from the tech guys here?  Some are certified, more willing to give a lot of help and do not charge a penny!

• Install HP Image Zone

  I had a hard drive failure and am trying to reinstall all my software on the new HARD drive.

  To make sure I had the latest drivers, I downloaded the drivers for my printer HP Photosmart 8150 from the HP site.  The printer works fine, but the process has not installed HP Image Zone and Director. I have the original software CD and tried a few of the .msi files, and configuration files but I can't seem to find the right process to install Image box & steering.

  Can someone point me in the right direction?

  Ok. I gave up.

  I uninstalled the latest printer drivers that have been downloaded from the HP site and used the original installation CD to install the old drivers and HP Image Zone (as well as Director HP and Instant Share).

  I didn't have the latest drivers, but I was able to print fine for years drivers using the former. If all goes well!

  • Go into System Preferences
  • Click on the print icon & scanning.

  ·         Have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  Perform a clean boot to see if there is a conflict of software like the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note: After the clean boot for troubleshooting, return the computer to a Normal startupmode.

• PSC 1410: Scanner PSC1410 Vista software

  I would use the scanner of this all-in-one printer with Windows Vista but I don't know what software I need.

  Previously I was running the printer with Windows XP using "HP Image Zone Express" version 1.5.1.29 to control the scanner (it was the software that was supplied with the printer around 2005). However, it is not compatible with Vista and will not be installed.

  PhotoSmart Essential 3.5 has been proposed on the HP support site, but it seems to be for analysis do not photo sharing. Any ideas what software I need to download and where I can find it?

• Persistent remnants of the Officejet 5610 software after many attempts of uninstalling

  A number of times now, I tried to uninstall my 5610 printer and every time it looks as if everything was correctly deleted (done uninstall it using the CD to install my original printer, Web site HP & Control Panel Add/Remove).

  Each time then continued with an installation clean & all look good except that the printer solution Center window is completely empty and the printer doesn't at all.

  After a struggle huge I can define the problem as follows... after 'successful' UNINSTALL, I found that if:

  • I go to the Windows Start menu and then to list programs, there is no indication of anything other than HP IMAGE ZONE EXPRESS & HP Tower Software HP 5610 software.   When I click to go to the Tower of S/W just get a white screen but the area of the Image seems to work ok.
  • Go to the control panel and from the all programs list in Add or remove - all related printer HP programs including printer 5610 drivers seem to be present despite previous successful uninstallation.  So try to REMOVE here the window flashes but then nothing happens.  All entries are always present.

  Have tried to use a registry software (CCleaner) to deal with an orphan registry entries and then tried to uninstall again.  Useless!

  Have tried to restore my PC for a number of what I thought, it was own restore points but no help at all.  The problem persists.

  Unfortunatelt do not have access to any guy IT companies & have exhausted the knowledge base of friends.

  Any HELP is welcome.

  I understand that your software is not completely uninstalled.

  I would try a level three uninstall. Found in this guide. Fatal error ' error 1155. Not found. "(Error 1155 MSI) displays during the Installation of the software in Windows XP."

  If this does not work, try Microsoft Fix It to uninstall.

  So I installed the scanner with the latest software, but HP Director does not work at all (necessary to manage the settings of scanning). Device Manager shows the scanner is installed and working properly. I tried to install HP ImageZone for Vista 64-bit, but my computer says that it has already installed a newer driver.

  Is it possible that I can use HP Director in Win 7? I want to do it, if possible since I use a lot with his document feeder scanner.

  Otherwise I own Win 7 Pro with its XP mode and able to uninstall the scanner and the HP software and re-install the XP mode. Does anyone know if this will give full functionality to HP Director?

  FYI: I just open HP Image Zone Express 1.5.2.32 in Windows 7 SP1 x 86.

  Just LEAVE your Windows XP installation in place and dual-boot.
  Then open the Image Zone Express located in the XP partition.

  I have not tried with the area Image full again, which is a larger facility (280 MB vs 9 MB).

  It worked with another former program, ArcSoft Photostudio 5.5. as well.

  A second option is to go 10 Windows.  Curiously, this former program ArcSoft for XP installed without any problem in Windows 10.
