  The ACR 7.4 700 d or newer of the 70 d (if there was typo) requires and ACR, 8.2 or newer.

  PS CC 2015 as the title says needs OS X 10.9 or newer so PS CC 2014 is the most recent CC PS, you can run on your 10.8.

  11 elements of Photoshop that supports RTAs 7.1 also supports ACR 7.4, so you should be able to update your PSE11 to 7.4 of the cab and open the 700 d raw files.

  It is unclear why your PS CC 2014 cannot be updated at least 8.2 RTAs that must run on your old operating system.

  I would be completely uninstall the PS CC 2014, reboot, then reinstall and use the help / updates to see if you can get a new Camera Raw plugin that works.

  Need you minimum Photoshop CS6 & Camera Raw version 8.3 use of Nikon 610 RAW files.

  However, if you cannot upgrade to Adobe Photoshop CS6, then you can use the DNG Converter to convert your images to DNG and use it with Photoshop CS5

  PSE12 cannot be updated to the required version of ACR, 8.2, you need PSE13.

  You probably use built-in thumbnails.  These provide faster loading and less space, but they show no changes.

  If you want changes to show you must use one of the options inch HG.  These options are under Essentials icons in the toolbar.

  The most common cause of this problem is a poorly lit room.  Please try to use the camera in well-lit areas.  Since there is no light or flash on the camera device, it is not able to work as well in dark situations.

  As to the answer before someone gave you "problem with Windows 8";  What they probably meant is that this laptop does not come with any software the camera included.  Therefore, the "Camera" app Windows 8 is what is natively provided and used.  This application is very limited in options and resolution.  Using an alternative app camera of your choice can also improve options, parameters, and results.

  I installed IMAQdx as an add-on for Labview. I managed to make it work, but I get a timeout error (error 1074360293).  The sign of IMAQdx is placed in a while loop.  Pictures start produced after approximately 15 cycles and only last for 3 cycles before producing the above-mentioned timeout error. How can I fix?
