Import AAFC cannot lay first CS4

Hello!

As the title says, I'm not able to import AAC files in my first Pro projects.  The funny thing is that these files have been created in first Pro CS4, so what gives?  I took the audio from a video and export ONLY the audio in AAC format.  But when I want to import these files into a project, it gives me a message file not supported.  What I am doing wrong?

Jose,

Dang, I thought that SB was part of the 'package '. OK, go get the freeware audio editior, AUDACITY. It should import/export your file as a test, fine.

Good luck

How to import a menu of first elements 7 (menu Popcorn) in Encore CS4?

If yes how to perform this Act?

Their additional menus are available for Encore CS4?

Pre Menus are in the games Menu. Each set is a main Menu and a Menu selection of scenes. As before the semi-automatic creation, there are many 'extras' in the Photoshop PSD, in button layer sets. All you have to do is to make a copy of your two Menus in a separate folder, so that you don't worry everything ruin your Menu sets in pre. I could do this in a new subfolder in the library folder hierarchy yet. Then, each of these two Menus open in PS. Go and clean up all the other languages for the text and the text of the button. Correspond to the names of Layer button Set/Layer Set such naming conventions in the library of the Menus again, because you won't get any semi automation. Where you do not, say a next button, just to eliminate layers of this button. Don't forget, before it will be semi-automatiquement, will give you the number of scene selection Menus, that your project includes - will not be still. You must count the scenes, divide by the number of buttons on this scene selection Menu and make copies of this Menu, to account for what you need.

For what is still, it comes with a compliment full Menus, buttons and other assets, such as EM files (models), of movement and Audio assets. Everything can be completely customized in PS. Note: in PSElements, I don't believe you can create layer sets, so it will be a limitation. The full PS has no limitation, with the sole exception that to change colors button subpicture highlight, this must be done in the editor Menu in Encore, unless it has been added to the PS CS5.

    Good luck

PS - don't forget, work on Copies of the two Menus in the set Menu forwards and NOT on the originals, or you do a repair installation to get back them.

  • How to convert AVI files for first CS4 (Mac) with VLC - Please Help!

Hi thanks for the reading-post it here for the first time.

I'm another grass sorry, trying to convert AVI files, so I can import them into first CS4 on a Macbook Pro laptop. I am using VLC on the macbook to perform the conversion. I don't want to use free converters such as iSquint (tried and many others) b/c they cause a significant loss of video quality. But I'm trying to do it for free! (I'm broke).

Been read tons here and on other forums to get advice first, but in my view, none is really specific to my situation.

I'm fine (slight quality loss) video but NO Audio. I want the audio too!

AVI files seized on an old NV3 camera SD card.

VLC said the Codecs for these files I got off the SD card are as follows:
    0 workflow:
    Type - video
    Codec - MPEG - 4 (XVID) video
    Resolution - 640 x 480
    Rate - 30

    Stream 1:
    Type - Audio
    Codec-MS ADPCM (audio ms)
    Channels: Mono
    Sampling frequency - 22050 Hz
    Bits per sample - 16

I tried several different configurations with VLC conversion according to the documentation of "Supported file Formats for import in first CS4": http://help.Adobe.com/en_US/PremierePro/4.0/WSf52ca809ac8f6c7135876f961243120b72d-8000.htm l

For example I tried to convert the same file as follows:

    Wrapper MPEG 1 - converted with MPEG-1 VIDEO 1024 bits/Audio MP3 192-bit
    Wrapper MPEG 1 - converted with MPEG-1 VIDEO 1024 bits/Audio MP3 128-bit
    Wrapper MPEG 1 - converted with MPEG-1 VIDEO 1024 bits/MPEG Audio 128-bit
    Wrapper MPEG 1 - converted with MPEG-2 VID 1024 bits/Audio MP3 128-bit
    Wrapper MPEG 1 - converted with MPEG - 1 1024 bits/MPEG Audio 16 bit VID
    Wrapper MPEG 1 - converted with MPEG - 1 1024 bits/MP3 Audio 16 bit VID

When converting to MP4 (MPEG-4) I get a general error while importing first so no dice on that, and I tried a lot of other configurations/combinations, but not all.

I check each result with VLC before import into the Prime Minister and they play both audio & video fine with VLC.

My question is the following: what settings can I select in VLC for audio first? Or if there is a specific codec I need to download and install a download link... would be much appreciated.

    Alternative solution?...

If I put these files on the SD card in my camera and click on and drag them on the macbook pro laptop as AVI files (instead of dragging to a PC first, as was the case)... don't you think it would make a diff?  Also, I tried sucking to the top of the camera first, but that didn't work... the camera turns on when connected to the computer... so that you can not navigate to a file on the camera and then use the GUI first to suck.

I have a laptop. These original files play well with Windows Movie Maker because I downloaded the appropriate codec. Hi and low tried a mac version of this codec without result. CS4 my install discs do not work on Windows/PC. Trust me I wish they did! Even the configuration required on the package is in the absence of any mention of Windows. Windows Movie Maker convert .mov... that was my first game b4 plan, I realized that VLC was quite robust and user-friendly in its Export Wizard codec functionality.

Any help would be much appreciated! I swear! I'm banging my head against the wall and I want to just change already!

    Thank you!

Do not use the flow function; This isn't what you are doing.  (Although technically, I don't think it matters)

Use the convert/save option.  The first screening, video - H.264 + AAC (MP4), should work great.  Don't change anything.  Save the file with a MOV or MP4 extension.

If you get audio weird sounding, then create your own preset that matches the Video - H.264 + AAC (MP4) preset, uncheck only Audio the Audio tab and convert to video.  Then run convert/Save using the Audio - CD preset.  Save the file as a WAV (or an AAC?).

Import the 2 files into PR.  You shouldn't have synchronization problems if the points are aligned in when you add them to the sequence.

  • image and video calibration in first cs4 (basic question)

    Hello

I'm new to first.  I have CS4.  I created my first video project base.  I put this

the project up to a 'regular' basis of the project definition about 720 pixels or more. I have

imported a few photos from the digital camera, put them on the timeline, and

has added a title and background music.

When I play back the project, the small window in the top right of the

screen shows only a small part of the camera images that I imported.  Images

were JPEG files.  they were about 1.8 MB.

How do it so the image is shown in the video project?

Perhaps these are file pictures 'giant size' and I don't even know it.

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction in terms of how I

should be implemented to pixel values, sizes of images/videos and things like that in

First.  I go to the adobe classroom in a book of box to get

    First CS4.

    I'll do some shooting of 1920/1080i format 16 x 9.  but for

for now, I'm just trying to get my jpeg digital camera photos to show the

overview in first rather than a 10% zoom to the top of only a small part

    of the image.

    Thanks for all the ideas.

What are the dimensions in pixels of your images?

They should be the same as the project for example 720 wide for landscape. The size of the JPEG file is not relevant.

Either resize before importation (preferred) or size suitable first. If the images are already the right size, see the magnification of the monitor window

  • Import old project in first Pro CC

I have an old project that, at the time when the computer was not able to handle HD files. So I converted the widescreen HD1920 x 1080 to 720 x 480. Today, I would like to import this project in first Pro CC using the HD original files.

Import alright and I unchecked file extensions match so I could tell him where to find the HD files. But the time line still think that these files are Standard video .avi rather than new HD files. So, I see only a part of the video. Even if I export to Media Encoder Source said 720 x 480.

My question is how can I tell the sequence that files on the timeline are now HD 1920 x 1080 and treat them properly?

    Hi Michelle,

Go to the settings of sequence/sequence and stand mode editing custom first, then size of video image 1920 x 1080, which was the size of the original frame of your HD files.

It will change the size of your sequence, you can also adjust the size of the pixels just below the frame size of video to adjust the proportions of the clips to fit into a base.

    Kind regards

I have problems to import my Drone Elements first Bebop MP4 files. Original file seems crisp and beautiful, but after importation of Premiere Elements, all sorts of 'ghosts', glitter details etc. appears. Using PC and import (self) normally. Please help, because the result is not at all satisfactory. Help, please.

First 13 elements should give you excellent results with STROKE in 1920 x 1080 video.

What version of Premiere Elements do you use?

I see that the Bebop shoots in 1920 x 1080. What is the format of the video?

In most cases, Premiere Elements will automatically set your project according to the specifications of your video - but sometimes this does not happen with MOV files. Go to the Edit menu and note the settings of the project. The program provides up to 1920 x 1080 at 30 fps?

Have you ensured that you have the latest version of Quicktime, by the requirements of the program?

  • SpeedGrade CC cannot open first Pro CC projects?

    Hello

My Speedgrade CC cannot open first Pro CC projects because it is said that Premiere Pro is a newer version, but both are up to date.

If that's what you get, the CC app is lying to you. It happens... happens to me also. Check your numbers... lower left of the "Help-> about" screen in PrPro, lower left corner of the top tab of the Panel preferences-wrench, 'About', in SpeedGrade. You may need to scroll down in the Panel of Sg.

Here's what the current builds are:

    PrPro: 8.2.0 (65)

    SpeedGrade: 8.2x51

    Legacy: 13.2.0.49

    Hearing: 7.2.0.52

You're probably showing a lower number of SpeedGrade. If so, you need to try a few things...

    (1) open the app Abobe creative cloud on your desktop, log out, & sign... that could fix things it will appear you have an available update. If it isn't...

    (2) download the Adobe CC Cleaner App...

    Adobe CC Cleaner App

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/Creative-Suite/KB/CS5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

It lets uninstall THEM and clean all the preferences/cache for the creative cloud app AND SpeedGrade. Then download a new copy of the creative Cloud application, log in and download the new copy of SpeedGrade & install.

  • . Import MP4 files in first 12 as audio only

I've never had this problem before. Today when I tried to import some. MP4 files to the large external hard drive, where the video was recorded with a GoPro HERO3. Half of the records import in first 12 only audio and video is not displayed. It seems that files that have a. THM files which accompanied them. For some reason only half of the files on the seemed to have one. File THM that accompany them.  I have re-installed first, and that did not help.

    chosstronaut

In post 11, I indicated that I have had no problems to work on your GPO30006.mp4 in first 12 Windows elements. I thought it was the example of the file that would incorporate audio nothing for you in the first of 12 elements.  You have now said that this GPO30006.mp4 was one of the files without a problem. So, good news, we agree that it GPO30006.mp4 present in the first 12 items as a file supported video and audio.

Your GOPR0005.mp4 file that you confirm the problem (only audio import in first 12 items) file has now been considered.

    1. There is no problem it play in Windows Media Player or QuickTime Player. And I'm not picking up on any significant difference in the reading properties, MediaInfo or gspot programs, comparing it to GPO30006.mp4.

    2. but, I certify that your GOPR0005.mp4 audio import only in my first 12 on Windows 7 Professional SP2 64-bit elements.

In the first 12 items, after you import the file in the active project, I think I have picked up on the heart of the problem. I propose that it is probably creating the timecode in the camera or some unexplained glitch in the reading of the first elements 12 of time code of the file. See the screenshot below and notice the display of the time code below thumbnail of the assets of the project for

    a. GOPR0005.mpg4 (audio only)

    b. GRO30006.mpg4 (works)

    c. Handbrake converted 'a' (work) .mp4

My suggestion is to hold the hand brake GOPR0005.mp4, just go to the video tab and set to

    Video codec: H.264 (x 264)

    Rate: Same as Source

dot the constant for the Frame Rate

Then hit the start and monitor the queue completed in the progress bar at the bottom of the workspace of handbrake.

Please check this on a clip of problem with a duration of more than a second.

We will follow to your results.

    Thank you.

  • How can I import a MKV into first CS5.5

    Hello

How can I import a MKV into first CS5.5?

    Please help me

    Thank you very much

I have never used Matroska myself because I only work with material from video cameras, but it is popular and there should be many options that are available to you, but:

SEVERE WARNING: does not install something like K-Lite codec pack. This will usually require a complete reformat of your boot drive and complete a new installation of the operating system and programs. A typical SNAFU (normal, all contaminated systems upward) situation.

    Two separate issues

This is my 5th or 6th time one wth first (CS4) and has never seen it before.

Also, how can I "d-dock" source and output side by side by default? (I've seconded for this project and seem not to be able to put back them as before (there is an option to "opt out", but not stupidly "redock"...

    Windows 7 Ultimate

    First CS4

    Nvidia9800GT video card

    Images: 1920 x 1080, 23.976fps (used a Canon 7 d)

    Gentlemen!

Before posting this thread, I went through some old discussion about the conversion from HD to SD images, I found a few including Jeff Bellune

    Link:

    http://bellunevideo.com/tutlist.php

I followed its procedures and created my final NTSC AVI 720 x 420

But I noticed the quality of the output video wasn't all that great compared to my original film, which is a 1920 x 1080, 23.976fps (used a Canon 7 d)

Then I went and selected the MPEG4 and the output video file looks great

But the width of the frame is only 176 and the frame height is 144.

It would not be a problem if I burn it to DVD which I believe actually 720 x 480?

Any exporter suggession for the quality of the TSB, who will finally DVD.

    Thank you very much!

If the final result is dvd do not have an avi but go directly on mpeg2-dvd.

Don't forget to return a maximum quality of the value on.

If I'm not mistaken Jeff which also covers.

With the MPEG-1 Audio, you might try that extraction of your Source file (say with Adobe Audition, or even the free-audio editor, Audacity) and making a Save_As PCM/WAV 48 kHz 16-bit and import that WAV file in PrPro, replace the Audio multiplex.

Good luck and let us know if this is useful,.
