  Tools-> Internet options and click the Advanced tab, and then tap on restore avancΘs to restore the default settings of Microsoft internet explore.

  If you still have problem

  go to tools-> internet Options-> Advanced-> Reset internet explore settings click on the Reset button.

  Something has changed in Windows 7 a few months ago.

  In Internet Explorer:
  
  File > Import/Export - Export to HTML file

  then in Firefox:
  
  Bookmarks > organize bookmarks-> import and backup - import HTML... = HTML file

The only recent downloads in my system were version 10.0 of Firefox and Microsoft Updates. I even tried to roll back to version 9, no change or improvement.
