  Since the update of my Mac to OS Sierra 10.12, I can't scan to computer or run a scan of my computer.  I get an error message "Scanner reported an error" saying that my all-in-one is not available.  I tried to reinstall the driver, which is not very recent (up to HP?) and no help. I have tried everything I can think on my end.

  The HP scanning application is not compatible with Sierra, so you may experience problems.
  Remove the HP scanning by moving it to the trash, then empty the trash.

  I copied the iTunes folder full of an iMac of El Capitan 2013 a 2015 running iMac running a little newer version of El Capitan. I want to replace the iTunes folder on the new Mac with my backup and everything on the new Mac to work as it did on the old, well that the old iMac and a new have different names, I do not know if what counts.

My Desktop Manager does not connect to my Storm.  The PIN is in the connection options and it will connect via Bluetooth, but every time I plug in the USB the Desktop Manager says port still disconnected.  Also, when plugged into the USB port, the storm every 10 seconds or so goes to a white screen that says connection on the desktop, only it doesn't connect.  Anyone have any ideas?  RIM technical support was not able to help with this problem.  My laptop recognizes it as a Blackberry smart phone under USB connections.   Help someone.  Oh, the operating system is Vista.  I don't know if that makes a difference, but I did add the Bluetooth adapter after installing the Blackberry software.

  Understand the problem.  I don't know why, but my firewall was blocking the storm to function properly.  So if someone having this problem also, check your firewall and make sure that the applications can access.

  HI, I'm migrating to use another contacts (Daylite) back to iCloud and mac Contacts Manager. My main contacts are in Mac OS x Server and are configured for synchronization between Daylite and mac Contacts, so my iCloud is not my correct contact list. Can anyone help or point me to an article or a message describing exactly how to:

  -delete the contacts that I have currently in iCloud

  -import all my contacts of CardDav in iCloud and start again?

  I guess after that, to synchronize contacts between iCloud and mac Contacts, all I do is iCloud account active Contact "accounts"?

  I understand that you're looking to remove all existing contacts from iCloud, and then import contacts from another service of Mac OS x Server to iCloud.   Hi, just bought a Z10 and try to put up with my contacts, calendar, music etc from my Mac. Downloaded the latest version of the link (1.1.1 build 35) and have successfully syc had my music. However, synchronization of calendar and contacts does nothing. The help document refers to an "Import contacts" button in the settings link, but I don't see something like that on my screen. What Miss me? Any help gratefully received.

  Go to the hub-> click on the menu button (3 points on bottom right)-> click settings-> and then click Add button account (on the bottom panel) and then go on your normal email facility, enter the username, password, then it will will ask what all in sync, just make sure that you have enabled email synchronization , contacts and calendar on.

  I recently bought a subscription to LR5 and PSCC license. The software downloaded and installed without any problems. They have installed separately from my LR4 and PSCS5 software rather than upgrades. I imported my LR4 LR5 catalogue without any problem. I have imported new photos and retouched in LR5 and it works perfectly. Then I made a mistake. I accidentally opened LR4, imported images from a shoot and edited images.

  Once I realized what I had done, I opened LR5 and resynced my directory where the new images subdirectory. The new directory of images have been imported in place for the LR5 catalog. However, I have no any done LR4 fixtures and don't know how to do this without messing up the work I did in LR5. I found a different catalog import on the file menu, but afraid to use it until I make sure, it will not damage the work I already did in LR5.

  Not sure if I explained the problem? Anyway, your help is greatly appreciated.

  In Lightroom 4, select the photos you want, and then the file-> export in the new catalogue.

  In Lightroom 5, remove from Lightroom (but not the hard drive) the pictures you do not want that you just imported, then the file-> import an another catalog and point for the exported file in the LR4 catalogue.
