  I want to do the same thing in numbers (3.6.2 (2577) I used to do in Excel (any version):)

  to import a calculation of a cell in a file in a new cell in another file.

  Example: I want to import the result of a sum in a specific cell of my accountant in August to a cell in comparison in my accounting of September.

  It was so easy in Excel. Until the reference computer broke down.

  By the numbers, I tried to copy - paste the contents of the cell formulated, but not good.

  No help manual online or anywhere. I think that maybe the function is absent in number.

  Then I return to MicroSoft Excel, that I have used for many years and I am sorry to say feel much more wysiwyg.

  Formulas in a numbers document cannot reference cells in other documents of numbers.

  "Much more wysiwyg" is another way to express what many of those who "used (MS Excel) for many years" expressed as "more intuitive. These two descriptions usually boil up to ' what I'm used to, ", which is also true in the other sense.

  Whatever the real explanation, the standard advice is "the tool that will do the job." If "the job" requires referencing values in a separate document, the numbers (alone and without the help of AppleScript) are not the best tool for this job.

  I have about 2500 data each for acceleration and force stored in two excel columns of the worksheet as well as time data in another column. My problem is to purify my data of noise so I could generate thin sinusoidal signals for my thesis. I'm still new to labVIEW and I would like to ask for help to import my data from labVIEW, filter and exporting to Excel. Please help me. I enclose my data below. Thank you very much.

  DDE functions are still present in the new versions of LabVIEW, National Instruments recommends the use of ActiveX. If you want to use DDE, the functions are found in:

  labview\vi.lib\platform\dde. LLB

  In order to add this library in your LabVIEW function palette, you can copy the dde.llb file in:

  labview\vi.lib\addons

  This will make all functions appear in the functions palette addons section.

• Could not import a particular Exchange user

  We imported a lot of Exchange users in the unit, but a particular user will not appear in any importation of the exchange of the unit or in Exchange for importing bulk. I did a thorough look and compare to other users in the AD are in the same container and which appears fine and have found no difference. I run DBWalker and found no error and verified that the user is already subscribed to the unit. Any suggestions on what to try next?

  First of all, the unit version and config info would be useful here. I guess you're on AD with a construction of 4.0 (x) the unit - if not, please let us know.

  They are likely stamped as a user of the unit already - I guess that it's commercial (i.e. not Exchange 5.5) - it is the ciscoECSBULocationObjectID property that is used for this tag.

  You can clean it using the global Manager of subscriber you will find in the filing of the tools on the desktop. If you right click on the server of the unit and you select this option to import users, you can then navigate through your AD trees to find the user - all users will display regardless of whether or not they are subscribers. Find this user and if you right click on them I bet option you will get will be to clean up the user, not import them (indicating that they have been stamped as a user). You can clean them and then you can import them and you should be good to go.

  You can collect data from target of UNIX and Linux machines running the CP shell on each target computer scripts

  rather than run the scripts through the host of collector.

  Please, see page 47 of the CP reference Guide attached on how to implement the manual execution of scripts.

• Create a PDF template to use import Excel data

  I created a 'cover' page in Acrobat. I want this to be a template where I can import Excel data and insert my signature before sending it to our customers. It is a management report. How can I do this as efficiently as possible? So far I have converted each of these Excel files to PDF from Excel, open the cover.pdf, inserted the Excel file converted and inserted my signature and the text. I think that there is an easier way to do this?

• Import raw data PCM question

  I use AA3 for centuries now, but have never had a major problem, but this one has me stumped!

  Without going into too much detail, I needed to use the option "Import raw data" on a file recently and, as you can see, an option to import a file with the extension .mp3 is available to me.

  However, this option does not appear on the machine from a friend and no we have no idea as to why not! We use both a legal, proper, the program copy (IE not a 'cracking' or whatever it is), but when I have Windows 8.1, there only Windows 7.

  Which cannot be the only difference, surely?

  Can you shed some light on this issue?

  It is an aberration that according to me. .MP3 should not appear in the list of file types Raw PCM. I have AA 3 installed on a Windows 7 computer too and there is no option under Raw PCM .mp3.

  In hearing, the types of files that appear in open and save drop-down lists sometimes be damaged if an audio file with an incorrect suffix name is manually typed in the name field.

  I have a problem with the Import of data dictionary.

  1. I have all the tables in the DB schema Oracle 11 (Test - the name of the schema).

  2 Date Modeler 4.0 I use Import / data dictionary.

  3. in the data dictionary import wizard I create the name of the connection, select schema and select objects to import.

  4. After completing this process I see the tables in the relational model but with the schema name: schema_name.table_name. I would have just table_name. I tried to use the options to compare models (before merger) but no result.

  If you don't want the schema name to appear in the generated DDL, you can unset the 'include schema DDL' option on the Data Modeler/DDL preferences page (which is accessible in the Help menu).

  I recently created a relational model with more than 2000 paintings by importing the data from the data dictionary. Unfortunately, I left out a few tables when I originally created the template. How can I add the tables after the fact? I tried to go through the process of reimportation again, but it doesn't seem like it adds tables. Thank you!

  Are there any error messages in the log file?  (This is normally datamodeler.log file in the datamodeler\datamodeler\log folder, unless you set a different location on the environment/log preferences page.)

  Note that if you want to update the properties of Java, the updated file is different for the version 4.0.0.833 Data Modeler.  AddVMOption reports should be updated in the product.conf file and not in the datamodeler64.conf file. Assuming you are on Windows 7, you should be able to find the product.conf file in the file C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler\4.0.0.833.

  When I import the successful dump, I drop the existing schema ' SQL > drop user username cascade; "and import the dump by"system impdp... ". ". I would like to import an image to an existing instance but only the import of data and let the current and other packages metadata intact and unchanged on the instance of the existing said.
  
  1. do I need to abandon the user prior to importation if my demands are foregoing?
  
  2. If I have to drop the user, what should be the script.
  
  3. for the import itself, should what settings I use?
  
  4. What are the necessary things, I need to take into account before doing the import.

  I can't import audio data Flash Pro Cs5, I'm new to Flash pro and I'm working on an interactive story, I need audio that I download from incompetech.com. MP3s are fine and play in windows Mp3, but when I try to bring them into Flash I get a message saying that it can't import them and does not say why. I have looked at this but impossible to find an answer, I work with windows 7, flash Cs5 64 bits in actionscript 2.0 and I do not have a good editior just flash.

  This usually means that there is a problem of sampling rate.

  Load your mp3 into a sound editor and then export it using the standard settings.

• Import Excel data into Form Designer

  I developed a dynamic form in Livecycle designer that will be sent to hundreds of schools throughout Nebraska.  There is a table in this form that has buttons to add or remove a line while dependent students informtion can be entered in this table. How I shape now works perfect for most schools, however; with the largest schools that will enter in over 200 different lines of information, it will be a long unessarily task.  Most of these schools already have the information that we solicit in an Excel file.  Is it possible for an end user of this form, using the adobe reader software to import excel data into the table?

  It is possible, but you will find may be more difficult than what it's worth.

  1. you must manipulate the worksheet to make it look like a DB

  2. you must set up an ODBC connection on the system running the form and the worksheet...

  3. you would have to change to point to the worksheet from the definition

  4. you wish Reader the form using LiveCYcle Reader Extensions to allow the ODBC connection occurs in the drive.
