  The simplest method is to simply drag the icon of new contacts to a batch of photos selected with the old labels.

  First make sure the people icons appear at the bottom of the right under the media tab panel. If you do not see them as a list go to the menu at the top of the page:

  View > show people in the tags panel

  Then click the icon pointing to the right to the left of the People Tags to expand the list (see image below) and you can also use the sign more and less symbols to add or remove icons of people.

  Now scroll to the top of your keywords and choose a name of people who have been imported by clicking the chevron to the right of the keyword highlighted (people). Press Ctrl + A to select all the photos of that person or use SHIFT + click on the first and the last. Now, drag the icon of new contacts for this person to one of the thumbnails and it will be added to all selected photos.

  Back to top of the list of key words and do a right-click on the old person tag and choose Remove. That will remove all the pictures of this term.

• Import from Photo Library Organizer

  I can't understand how to make the elements Organizer to import a photo in the library on the Mac.  It has an icon to download from iPhoto but iPhoto is no longer used on OX El capita and this library was merged into the picture.

  I have El Capitan on an iMac and the PSE 13. I find by default when you insert an SD card in your camera to a Mac, a 'Photos' window opens and asks if you want to download your photos on Photos. Simply, I clicked on the red dot to close the screen. I then had an SD card icon on my desktop. I opened the SD card icon, highlighted in the photos I wanted and dragged into my own images to the folder on my desktop (the folder resides in the Finder). From there, you can import in PSE as you want using the import PSE icon on the upper left of the Organizer window or you can open photos selectively in the editor and organizer too.

  If the PDF file has several pages, it must convert that Keynote can import individual pages.

  Open the PDF in preview from the Applications folder, drag and drop each page on the browser panel in Keynote. Unfortunately, several pages in a PDF file can not be imported in Keynote as a group.

• Win 7 Pro - all users in local users and groups

  Hello I have a new install of Windows 7 Pro with two users; Administrator (built in) and my personal user (CCzahor). I can connect to windows very well with both users.  When I right click my computer and manage them, there is no user appearing in "users and groups / users.  However, if I go to groups, double-click 'Administrators', I see Director listed, and I see CCzahor under "users".  In addition, when I run lusrmgr.msc, I see the same thing as described above, but when I run netplwiz.msc, I see the admin and CCzahor displayed in the list.

  It is not functionally a problem, but rather a nuisance than anything else.  Any ideas?

  I'm moving all my old outlook express messages on a computer with window mail (sys for operation is windows 7).   I found the messages on my old PC and copied to the new PC.   I ran import from windows mail, and he says that the import has been completed.   But now I can't find where are the messages in windows mail.   If I do a search I find some messages and he says they are in a storage file.   I'd like to find out where is this file and how can I move my files to normal mail messages?

• How do you enable closures remotely on a 98/XP/7 working group?

  How to activate the closures on a Windows 7 computer? I asked something similar once before, but it was concluded that Simple file sharing could be the culprit. (I turned that off as I rarely use Windows 98 more than a few people have forwarded copy of XP to me as they have replaced these computers with 64 - bit ones, and I did my WIn98SE a dual boot of the machine), and when I do, I usually play just a few old game.

  in any case, I am using-m or psshutdown shutdown. I have no idea how to get pstools to work. A tutorial on how to configure Windows so that I can use pstools would be useful, as would how to configure Windows 7 Professional to allow me to use the stop m XP command.

  The network that I am putting in place consists of two desktop computers and a laptop computer. Only a computer using Windows 7 Professional, others are using XP Professional. I'm trying to remote control them.

  I CAN close the system using telnet, but for some reason any, that it takes time to connect. Remote Desktop also works if I use the command line and the command of the force, but I expect to learn how to use shutdown - m.

  Here's a transcript of my attempts to stop the system by using shutdown-m and pstools. What should I do to make them work? I have the same user accounts set up on all three machines. Slick and SlickRCBD are my accounts. One is my normal account ("limited" 'standard' XP to 7) and the other is an administrator account. I am connected to the laptop as a tablecloth, a limited account.

  A few notes.
  One, I edited the the duplicates, but I'm 100% positive, I typed the password. I use the same user name and passwords on all my computers. When I received the "access denied" message, I tried three times just to be sure.
  Two, I'm REALLY confused why I see my two accounts, but I don't see the other two users accounts when I did "dir \\slicksgateway\users". I expect to see all, or only see 'public' and 'slick' files since that was the account that I'm registered on two.

  Obviously, I need to do something to grant access to the system. How, I'm not sure. Telnet works. Remote administration works. File actions work. Ping works.

• Right-click on the directory and create a new model. Call it what you want (I called him "RemoteShutdown". Pass it if you use the tool secpol or gpedit)

  It is not in the documentation, but I don't think you can import distribution lists, only security groups are supported.  The TechNet article https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc781446(v=ws.10).aspx.

Distribution groups are not enabled for security, which means that they cannot be listed in discretionary access control lists (DACLS). If you need a group to control access to shared resources, create a security group.

  Hi all

  I don't know if it's a Monday morning, no issue of coffee this morning, so I feel a little stupid asking this, but I can't understand it so far.

  I am importing attributes of metadata and groups of Integrator using the usual Integrator LoadConfiguration chart to the web service configuration.  Metadata loading very well and most of the time, groups of do as well.

  However, when I check the attribute Group Manager in the Studio, I see that most of the groups are missing most of my attributes, even if they have been defined in my file loading.

  I rebooted the attribute cache, re-connected and they are still missing from these groups.

  Now I have the same attribute in several groups, but as I remember, which was never a problem...

  Just by chance, I ran a test, but this time sorted the spreadsheet by group and looks like that everything is now displayed.

  The problem of duplicate detection is that, as far as I know, Lightroom uses details that it detects on the imported file (looking at the EXIF data and drop stats) and what is already in the catalog. Unless it finds an exact match for all parameters, the file is not a duplicate. From my own experience, if Lightroom decides that a file is a duplicate is almost always correct. However, when missing, it really lacks. I have not read anywhere that Lightroom is built and store a hash number, which would make the process more accurate. I also suspect that the search for duplicates is when you import a series of photos of a place (a card for example) and they are stored in the same folder, all the time. So, if you take a memory card and import all photos to Folder_X and try again later, and reimport the same photos in Folder_X, Lightroom will catch that they are duplicates. But if you import Folder_Y of this same group of photos, Lightroom intercepts not it indicating that the comparison is not large catalog. I'm not sure of how to influence this behavior and it is not anything that you hurt or did not. It's just like that...
