Impossible resized using Vista Windows

Media Center are not resized - full screen or no screen. Also can't open multiple windows. Any suggestions?

Method 1: I suggest you run the SFC scan to check if system files are intact:

Method 2: You can also try to uninstall and reinstall Windows Media center and check if it solves the problem:

Uninstall Media Center

a. click the Start, select Control Panel, click programsand then click on turn Windows features on or OFF.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

b. develop media and uncheck the box next to Windows Media Center.

Reinstall Media Center

a. click the Start, select Control Panel, click programsand then click on turn Windows features on or OFF.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

b. develop media and check the box next to Windows Media Center.
