  I don't know exactly what problem you are having with the Clipboard, but the following link can help for a potential problem.  If this isn't the case, answer with more details on what is the problem.   In your case, I recommend to check others like Firewall and antivirus security settings.
  I suggest you to temporary disable the antivirus and firewall and then check the result
  Perhaps BT file transfer is blocked.
