  You see yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager? Maybe a driver isn't installed properly in the system freezes.
  In addition, I would try to remove the USB ports in Device Manager. After this restart your laptop and USB ports will be recognized again.

  Have you tried a BIOS update? If this isn't the case, you should do it. Before you begin the update, close all running programs and make sure that you are logged on as administrator.

  Hello.

  My Photosmart C4280 was previously works very well with Windows 10.  A new update has been installed a couple of days.   Now it is said that the Photosmart is an "Incompatible device" and will not open it.   I tried to reinstall the program three times to no evail.

  On the last seconds of the installation, an error message comes up saying the device is not compatible with the pc and the program could be harmful.
