  If it does not, it may be time for the list:

  Sometimes, (some) things may fail or stop working for no apparent reason. When (other) possible reasons/remedies do not work, it is perhaps a kind corruption (temporary or permanent), or even preference settings which disturbs, which can be cured with something on the following list put in place in order to provide a catch-all solution for otherwise intractable cases. It starts with a few easy suggestions and safe) 1 and 2) for cases less serious and goes two ways 3) and 4) to reset the default preferences (easily but irreversibly and more laboriously but more completely and also reversible), then follows a list 5) various other possibilities, and it ends with a complete reinstallation 6). If no other suggestion doesn't work, or if no other suggestion appears, you can start on the list and decide how to go or who can apply.

  The following is a general list of things, try when

  (A) the question is not in a specific file,

  (B) you have a printer installed, connected and turned on if it's a physical printer (you can use Adobe PDF/Acrobat Distiller as a printer by default without the need to have a printer on, of course you will need to specify when you really need print on paper), and

  (C) It is not caused by problems with opening a file from external media (see below).

  You tried/made some of them already; 1 and 2) are easier for temporary strangenesses and 3) and 4) specifically may be corrupted/inconvenient preferences); ((5) is a list in itself and 6) is the last resort.

  If possible / there is, you must record a current work first, of course.

  (1) close Illy and open again.

  (2) restart the computer (you can make up at least 5 times);

  (3) close Illy and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift / Cmd + Option + shift during startup (easy, but irreversible);

  4) move the folder (follow the link with this name) with closed Illy (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible), for CS3 - CC you can find the file here:

  5 look through and try the relevant among the other options (click on the link with that name, item 7) is a list of the usual suspects among other applications which can disturb and confuse Illy, point 15) applies to the maybe CS5, CS6 and CC);

  Even worse, you can:

  6 (A) uninstall (check the box to delete the preferences, if any), B) run the cleanup tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC) and C) reinstall. It is important to use this step three way: otherwise, things may persist.

• I can't navigate and select with the mouse in some ID dialog boxes

  I recently installed ID CC 9.1X64 on a PC running Windows 7 Professional with SP1.

  The application seems to work OK in regard to most but when some dialog boxes (for example Options of cell Style) pop up I cannot select items or navigate around the area by clicking with the mouse. I have to use the tab and return keys, which is awkward and done things, such as the definition of the outline styles, almost impossible.

  Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? I had something similar with another application.

• I created a file user.js to cut and paste. The site I'm making this function is a "moodle" and so the URL change ++. Is there a way I can allow cut and paste, which is not specific URL?

  Installed the updates this morning and now unable to copy a Web page and paste it in microsoft works. Can I use another program, but I'm not a happy camper. It tells me that I should not always immediately install new updates due to problems of this kind. I got burned by updates in the past, but it has been awhile. Everyone must wait at least a week or two before you install these updates.

  What you are trying to copy and paste in the works?  What steps do you take to do this?

  When you try and copy, the copy function appears if you right click on the selected text?

  Do you receive an error message when you try to copy and paste?

  You can copy from another application, such as Notepad in the works?

  I recently updated to the 2014 Photoshop version and I noticed that I am more able to scroll with my mouse wheel in the actions palette. However, I am still capable of when the mode key or the history tab are enabled.

  I'm not sure if I changed a preference and it messed up inadvertently on myself.

  I can confirm the same thing on Windows 8.1.  Heck, I use my wheel mouse for this too, though less that I increased my number of pixels vertical office with adding new hardware monitor.  I just tested in Photoshop CC 14.x, and it scrolls.

  When visiting most of the Web pages in the text often lack of sharpness and has a background color 'lost '. This can be cured by highlighting the area you want with the left mouse button. Scroll to the 'corrected' section can cause to return to the original, unsatisfactory, appearance. This problem will not occur when you view the source even with IE.

  Thanks for the tips - disabling the checkbox 'use the acceration hadware' seems to have solved the problem which did make an appearance after updating a driver.

  You can have a degree of capability.policy.allowclipboard.sites pref, so in your case, the second line with http://www.mozilla.org will replace the first with the office.iris.ac server.
  
  If you need more than one URL, separate by spaces, but in your case, you don't need the mozilla site that is indicated as an example.
