  I'm trying to deploy a moped to demo on my Raspberry PI for awhile, always running into the same error.

  Everything works fine via Netbeans (RaPi connected in DeviceManager, deployment through 'Run').

  No matter if I try to install directly from the LPR (installMidlet.sh) or remotely (DeveloperAgent, usertest.sh $ ams-install), I always get the same answer:

  Sorry, it's called problem. To make the things work on this binary install you .jad .jar directly not through the file. (i.e.:./installMidlet.sh /home/pi/midlets/app1.jad). Please note that the MIDlet-Jar-URL in the file .jad should point to .jar, such that he's seen raspberry pi (that is, you can use the local path if you use installMidlet.sh or put the .jar file in the local file system and using an absolute path in the MIDlet-Jar-URL when installing the Agent developer console). Also you can use the hostdownload to install-ams command parameter. In this case the MIDlet-Jar-URL must use host paths because the .jar is downloaded by Developer Agent in this case

• Attempting the Impossible? Deploy Enterprise CF11 WAR on Tomcat 7 azur?

  I'm working on a proof of concept to my more scalable app and the reduction of the footprint of the support on the correction of the BONE.

  I'm taking a CF11 company produces WAR file and deploy it to a web application to Azure Tomcat 7. I've never deployed CF apps on J2EE before, so I don't know if my problems are user error, or to attempt the impossible.

  I can launch Azure, deploy a server Tomcat 7 and put a war (no CF) upwards in the webapp folder and watch it deploy and become usable.  But conditioned when the CF war, he explodes the directory out correctly, but then refuses to run the web application.

  So I installed a x 64 local copy of Tomcat 7.0.50 (same version that Azure) and tried the same thing. Locally, the WAR sample files (no CF) has worked, but when I tried a war produced by the administrator on CF11 - the index.cfm page (with only a cfdump inside) fails.

  Near as I can tell, it has to do with the Web.XML generated by CF 11 Assistant packaging and deployment. It is the most relevant error in my log to stderr. It appears in the errorlog of azure and my only local:

  My suspicion is that there is something in the url-pattern that is not compatible with Tomcat mappings. Maybe something in the part of HIS (safe search engine)?

  I had always naively believed that deploying CF as a WAR was really easy. Just create the package and copy it to the top. Of course, Miss something.

  Anyone has any advice? Advice? Places to pick up?

  I hope to get to the point where I can have a cluster of Azure AutoScaling CF11 applications that share on the cluster j2ee sessions. But I can not even past the first step...

  For those following, I did a lot of tweaking and adjusting the settings and files to the web.xml file and progressing. (slowly)

  Ultimately, however, I ended up successfully using azure of the next web application:

  -JVM - update 1.8 25

  -Tomcat 7.0.62

  -11 updated CF update

  And once I got this combination, the war of the files generated by the CF11 deployment business just as easily as I thought they should. I needed to use the 'preview again' gate on azure to specify these versions. They were not available on the blue 'normal' portal provisioning.

  I also discovered that it seems to be very few places where we talk about CF j2ee deployment.

  The problem for me was being long directory paths.

  Then the facility initially Jdeveloper under windows would be complaining that a file path was long when you remove the aquila o. j2ee\drs directory. I reinstalled under c:\jdev and either C:\apps\jdev_ps2_5660_debug have any problem when the redeployment.

  I will execute jdevW with the option - known so that it creates the system... directory under the installation location.

• Impossible to deploy the database of NOR-XNET to target RT PC

  I am trying to deploy a XNET database to a target RT PC simply by following the tutorial here: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/9847EF6F2D867BC186257DCE00626236

  However, when I click on deploy nothing happens; I get no error message and the database alias does not appear as present in the aim of RT (the entire list is empty for the RT target). If I run my code, he complains about the database not being is not present, so I don't know that it isn't here.

  I checked with Max OR and target a NI-XNET 1.6.0 installed. I'm using LabVIEW 2015. I have no problem connecting to the target. I tried an another new database created with LabVIEW 2015, without going. I tried to disable the Windows Firewall as suggested in a similar position (http://forums.ni.com/t5/Automotive-and-Embedded-Networks/Unable-to-deploy-NI-XNET-Database-to-RT-Tar...), but that no longer works.

  It seems that I have the latest version of XNET on my target and the crowd at the beginning, but just to try something I did the following:

  • I have reinstalled XNET on the target using NOR-MAX. I had to uninstall dependency package "nor-xnet for NI-CAN compatibility library", before doing this.
  • I have uninstalled and installed the last XNET on target as well.

  After that, things worked!

  Jesse There is no option in 3040 because the ATA mode is no longer supported.  F6 drivers are REQUIRED for windows 7, 8 or 10.   XP/VISTA is not supported at all and will not be installed.

  AHCI is the only option available in the modern Bios and chipsets.

  I managed to get things running in a similar way. I uninstalled everything, including the NDK and start over. I returned to VMWare Player v.4. I work mainly with outdated Simulator, we run the fastest for me, although later runs now too.

  Yet EACH deployment on a Simulator takes several attempts, I don't remember when was the last time that the deployed application and runs correctly on the first attempt. I also change the download settings, switching between 'install bar' and 'clean install', these two works more often for me. Another thing to try in the meantime is to go for debugging directly, if the race does not...

  It is a terrible experience and it's very laborious, as I end up losing most of my time trying to run my application on the Simulator, instead of productive coding. Sorry BlackBerry, but it's worse that develop for Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Java ME... I develop for these systems and has never had any topic also with any of them.

  One of the reasons for the app started working again maybe do something with the code, because it contained errors, but the construction still successfully passed and they never showed me any error message in the IDE or in the Simulator. Anyway, I'll never know if my code had something to do with the cause of the problem, because the 'hack' held an older VM etc. But I write this so that people know that it can theoretically hinder deployment too.

  I'm having the following problem:

  I have an app, but it has a bug in it, that I'm chasing. The bug causes the app to not close properly (if the icon is grayed out). Once the icon is grayed out I can't even deploy the app without having to reboot. Even uninstall the app is not solve this problem. The message is:

• Impossible to deploy on Simulator

  I use Eclipse to develop a BlackBerry application. When I try to deploy my application on the Simulator, Simulator is launched, but only the old version of my application is here. A new not to push on. We also tried to push a simulator that does not have an older version of the app, and the app does not appear. I'm lead to believe that something prevents the current version of our deployed application. The problem is that I have not been able to find error messages that indicate what is happening.   Yes, others have posted this question similar forum - try this first and see if you get deployed...

  Right click on the folder of your main project in Eclipse

  Find the menu item "Turn BlackBerry" and make sure it is checked.

  In this case, consult the console window (there may be several console windows so you will need to click the icon for the console to see other consoles.  You want the console to the 'Auditor' window  Check if the auditor is a failure that will prevent the application under construction and therefore it will not deploy (but usually if this is the case your main project folder will be a mistake about it (the red X)).

  You can remove the spaces of the trail to deploy folder (/ E:/MAF projects / DATA Visualization/deployment). Remove the spaces to projects of the MAF and visualization of DATA in MAFProjects and DATAVisualization, then try to deploy it.
