  Make sure that Windows is configured to accept incoming Bluetooth connections.

  Step 1
  You can check the compatible devices Bluetooth configuration panel. Here's how:

  2. Click the Options tab, select the allow the devices to connect to this computer check box, and then click OK.

  In Nvidia Control Panel, you should definitely add sniffer.exe and discreet as a gpu application photoshop.exe. Photoshop.exe alone is not enough.

The list is stored in the registry, so even that if you remove the enumerator in the list of devices, it regenerates itself.
