Impossible to download free or PAID apps (it's not just me and it's not November 1st)

I bought an app catalog & received an acknowledgement, but it will not download. Applications free download is not.

I see reports from anywhere in the world that's apparently the case everywhere.

I don't know there are many purchases of last minute that passes, but if there is too much "few users" to keep open servers, I can't believe the Server fall due to the volume of demand.

The ad referenced here: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/webOS-Hardware-and-Software/webOS-Cloud-Services-to-end-1-15-2015/td-p/... indicates that purchases can be made until November 1st and profile services (of which download purchased Apps) will continue until Jan. 15.

I hesitate to spend more money until I have confidence that I will receive the ordered products.

I guess it's a fault rather than premature closure. This can be corrected? HP would consider leaving the store open for purchases over the weekend for those now unable to make last minute shopping?

I see another thread here new account creation failed - is there a broader failure? The OP has been directed to a story about the closing, but once again, this happens before the time indicated so I guess it's a fault.
