  I hope I am in the right place. I have a printer HP LaserJet 1102w that had been installed on my system (which uses Windows 7). The printer has been installed for the use of the USB cable, but I decided to do it again as a printer wireless. In the framework of trying to do that I uninstalled it. Now when I try to install wireless or USB cable, the installation fails. I tried many times in many ways, with USB and wireless, and whenever something is not. For example, sometimes I get the message that the printer cannot be detected. Sometimes, the driver installation is not finished. After reading the tips from an employee of HP in this forum, I downloaded the LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution file and tried to install from that. And so on. I begin to despair. Can someone please?

  Thanks for the reply.  I need the information below, however I would like that you try to install with a new USB cable connected to a different port on the PC.

  1. When you click the device options you see and what is selected?

  2. a replacement/new cable USB has been used?

  3 has. a port on PC been used?

  4. is the port on the PC a type 2.0 or 3.0?

  I just bought this printer yesterday and have worked all this time, trying to get the software installed.   I used the CD that came with the printer.  I used the software online and the wizard to download and install.  I went through many forums here and troubleshooted with everything I saw.   I get the error message cannot install message.

  I am frustrated at something so simple in the past became a chore.   I only use HP products for my scanners/printers and I fear that my next step may be to pack up this unit and take it back to the store for another brand.

  I finally managed to install my software.    I have download an other registery cleaner and found more stragglers and I found about 5 gig in addition to free on my main partition.   I suspect that the limitations on my hard disk partition may have contributed to the inability to install software.   However, I did so many steps, so I'm not sure that you allowed me to complete the process.  But there was something different and who has been installing the update of the firmware that was on the page of the software product and the drivers.    Thank you for your help and support.

• Impossible to install Adobe Air on the new MacBook Pro - Help!

  I have a brand new MacBook Pro and I am trying to install a program of Real Networks, called rinse (clean up your iTunes).  Rinsing the system, I get a message that says that the program requires Adobe Air and I will need to download and install it.  I downloaded the Adobe Air Installer on the Adobe site, but when I go to install, no longer does anything - or it gives me an error message that I need Adobe Air to install Adobe Air (no sense).  Specifically, I get the following message:

  I found the right answer, thank God.  Had trouble with this for a week.

  Running Mac OS Mavericks. When I click on the download button, nothing happens. I tried a "download link under...". ", but that just gives me the Web page to click on the download button again. I have no error message. Internet connection is fine, and I could then download Adobe Flash without any problems.

  I tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome, all with the turn off pop-up blockers. I am really stuck now and do not know what to try next. Any ideas?

  P.S. Now I'm not able to deploy a project of RT on target, only to be informed that "LabVIEW: unable to load nisysrpc.dll. In fact I can see the file on the host under the path "CProgram Files / National Instruments/RT Images/system NI API/5.0.0&5.1.0." It seems that the dll cannot be loaded into the target machine. I wonder if it has something to do with the above problem.

  I think that your post is victim of a mistake to copy - paste, the message you posted is not possible.

  Usually when customers run into situations where impossible to install version X of Y, it is often because they have several versions of LabVIEW RT installed on its host computer and try to install new components in older versions of LabVIEW Real-time.  Can you take screenshots of your error dialog box, or a list of software installed (via a MAX report)?

  I don't know because I don't know what was the problem in the installation of SP1 and SP2.  It is possible that the same issue may occur again.  I don't know any specific build of Vista which has particular problems associated with MS, but I'm not a expert on the Windows updates - if Microsoft Support tells you that it is possible that this is the case.  It may very well work the next time, or you may encounter the same problems again - who knows.  In any case, it is really not that you can do about it, unless you want to buy another copy of Vista with a different "build number" so that you can improve the chances that the upgrades will work without any problem (but do you really want to spend the money on that when all it takes) (, it's a lttle help to get install them again the situation would occur again?).

• Impossible to install a host operating system

  Install completely new for vSphere 5.0 on the new Dell server.  vSphere server and client installed on the appropriate machines.  Made datacenter and virtual machine made, but impossible to install OS on it.  Srv Win2008 installation 2.

  I tried to install from the customer and welcome CD, install from memory stick and install from ISO on the client.  I've disabled PXE and moved CD at the top of the boot list.  I hit f12 and specifically selected boot to a CD.  I still receive the "could not be found operating system".

  I can't find anywhere that tells me how to copy an ISO on the host drive and I do not know shell (said I don't).

  Everything I found on google is a dead-end.

  Any help would be great!

  Welcome to the community - are you sure that the CD is bootable? To copy an ISO file to a data store on your ESXi host, you can use a program like winscp but you will need SSH access is enabled or using browser data store will allow you to copy the ISO file on your desktop into your ESXi hosr -.
