  Firefox must not be opened when the Flash Installer is run. Use the information and the following instructions...

  You don't seem to have the Plugin for Firefox installed version. If you did, in the Add-ons > Plugins you would see "Shockwave Flash (version)". If 'Shockwave Flash' is there and is disabled, click on the button "activate".

  Here's what I use and recommend: (these are all the free Versions that are very effective).

  Avast and Prevx proved extremely reliable and compatible with all I have
  launched on them. Microsoft Security Essentials and Prevx have also proven to be very

  I can verify that the solution posted by Stone3t worked for me (unplug the battery CMOS).  Too bad, that it requires disassembly of the rear housing which may be too advanced for the average user.

  I had all the symptoms / problems described by posts all on sites of Dell, as well as other: unable to update BIOS, unit will not sleep, etc. Corrupt ME was key. (Intel Management Engine Firmware)  Stupid thing is: he has been altered through updates of Dell.

  Calling the depot repair, or any other Dell support (and 5 + times transferred, pending on hold for hours) has been completely useless as they refused to help because my camera was "out of warranty" Although some had mentioned there was a recall on this issue.

  I am now updated to A15 and through all windows updates and everything seems to be working again.  No, thanks to the support of Dell who refuse to share the answer.

  I not buy all Dell Mobile devices in the near future.

  I see a Pre-os iRSTe SAS 32-bit of Windows 7 and Vista separately driver in the list, 64-bit not mentioned.

  And then below that, there is a Pre-os driver Win7 32 and 64 bits for the controller Intel C600 UCS. Maybe this is the rub. It is possible that you may need to install the C600 driver and then click the Refresh button to view the volumes.

  And based on the name of the driver I would bet this is the one you need.

  I would like to give a try to this one (unless it's one you already have).

  What printer model? Usually, if it's a printer compatible win7 you download / install the software / driver pkge of the manufacturer of the printer andonly connect the printer when installing said.

  I want to install the trial after effects CC version and downloaded Premiere Pro, SpeedGrade and Photoshop tests successfully, but when I try to install After Effects, I get the message "Waiting."... "and then after a few minutes I get the message"No. Internet Connection. This also applies to other applications that I have tried (Illiustrator, for example).

  I did what the help docs have said, for example disable my firewall, restarted, etc..,. None of this works, nothing will install (except app updates work very well!), so I am very confused. I obviously have a connection, so I don't know where to go from here

  I'm reaching the end of my tests (I have 4 days left on my Premiere Pro trial, which was an app I downloaded previously), which would have something to do with it?

  First of all, I have Win7 (32) so there should not be problems such as those related to 64 or Macs. I ordered 10 Photophop and first elements 10 download on Adobe education store.

  Received the email w / serial # s and the link with my purchasaes. Photoshop Elements was included (with S/N) with a download link. The Prime Minister was also listed (w / S/N), but without any link to download (says 'not applicable'). So I continue with Photoshop and everything's fine. When you are prompted, go S/N for Photoshop Elements, and it is. But there is never an indication of how to use the first number. I try a cat, but technology can't stop (after about 40 minutes). We're leaving "you should have seen a second box to put in S/N" to "supporrt call." But as phone people are not really 24/7, I thought I would try you guys.

  Well, after two cats (not very useful) and two support calls, I finally got it! No one could explain what was going on and we tried so many ideas, I don't know which was THE fix! The good news is that the last time I tried to download for Win7 32 bit, it worked like a charm!

  Sorry for your inconvenience with someone else's software. McAfee has been notified the problem with their software a couple of months before Firefox 5.0 was indeed released, when Mozilla has discovered that he was the cause of the #2 of crashing Firefox 5.0 beta versions.

  Lightroom 5.7.1 is the latest version that is compatible on 32-bit computers.

  LR 6 serial number will not work for LR 5.

  Lightroom version 5 S/N is the separate serial number.

  In this case, you will need to contact the Support from Adobe and to return the product if you do not buy 64-bit computer and see if you can buy 5 LR.
