Or is it just another bug to Adobe installation?

  I am not able to install Photoshop elements 14 or Acrobat Update on Windows 10.   In both cases, there was no progress at all and no error message.   How can I delete corresponding registry using regedit to install new items or update to Acrobat?

  The installation problem is solved!  Basically Adobe screw up. If you have Acrobat Pro and DC Acrobat installed on your machine and you want to install Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Application Manager is confused.   You must uninstall all of them first and then reinstall all the.  Sounds easy?  Well, there is the part of the trick: after uninstalling, restart, and then uninstall the next song. Don't uninstall them without restarting machine. And you must watch the following folders and manually delete the files:

  1 C:\Program Files\Adobe\

  2 C:\Programs Files Files\Adobe\

  3 C:\Programs Files (x 86) \Adobe\

  4 C:\Programs Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\

  I did everything except 2 and 4.

  When I run the Autoexec to photoshop elements, I had the initial screen with the options possible. By clicking on the 'install photoshop elements', nothing happens, but open a window of Windows install which provides explanations of all parameters to be defined in order to use the install command. Then there is an 'ok' at the bottom. When you click you close the window, and all past the status quo.

  Can anyone help or explain what is happening?

  I can't load the Elements 9 for my new mac. After having successfully downloaded the 9 Elements (https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-7-8-9-downloads.html), I get the following error when I click on the 'Install' icon: 'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image. 'Install' is on the image disk 'PhotoshopElements_9_LS15.dmg '. Google Chrome downloaded this disk image today at 19:43 from trials2.adobe.com. I have 9 items loaded on my old mac, and I want to use the serial number to load on my new Mac.

  Go in Apple > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General

  and less allow applications downloaded on:

  change to anywhere and then install PES 9

  After the installation of PES 9, you can change the security setting back to where it was before the installation of PES 9.

  If your Mac is a new machine/OS, it is highly unlikely that PSE6 can be installed/used with it.

  I can't figure out yet how to start on this.  I bought the disks instead of downloading on the internet.  When I have the first disc of pop, you'll see an icon on my desktop.  Inside are records with the titles:

  Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, Autorun.inf, read me, Adobe Reader 10, Autoplay and Autoplay.exe

  I clicked on each of them and nothing seems to happen.

  When I opened the Autorun, it says: «the file format of the file AUTORUN.» There are no INF. You can uncheck the option "detect only clear formats" in the preferences.  (I don't know what that means)

  I tried clicking other things in different folders, but still, nothing seems to happen.

  How do I even start to install this software when the company does not explain what I'm supposed to do?  My Mac is a Mac OS X 10.6.8.  Thank you.

  What version of Photoshop Elements did you buy?  If this is the latest version, Photoshop Elements 10, then you can download the trial of the Adobe.com site.
