  You must use home sharing (and access to the title of the app to computers) or AirPlay for broadcast on the ATV. It's not a purchase, it is not available in the cloud.

  I am trying to upgrade my servers ESX 4.0 to 4.1, but I'm running into an error.

  I did the following:

  (1) download the update1a package and copied to the ESX host in the /upgrades folder

  (2) put the host in Maintenance Mode

  (3) connected to the host via putty

  Navigated 4) in the folder with the copied update

  (5) run the following commands: esxupdate - stage ESX410 - 201010001.zip bundle

  (6) restarted ESX host, again executes the command, still the same error.

  When I run the command, I get the error the server below.

  The following problems have been encountered in trying to solve the dependencies:
  Does not provide any VIB ' DriverAPI-9, 1' (required by rpm_vmware-esx-drivers - scsi -

  No VIB provides "libipmi.so" (required by rpm_vmware - esx-

  The package you have there are a lot of patches for ESX 4.1, you are currently on the 4.0.

  1. download the patch
  2 extract the hotfix to a folder "patch" (directory). Always create a separate patch for each patch folder.
  3. shutdown the database and all database services (database, listener, DBConsole etc.)
  4. apply the patch to update binary files. On Windows, this would mean running "" SETUP. "" EXE"in the folder"patch. "
  5. the NEXT step is to upgrade the database. Use DBUA or SQL scripts that are documented in the README file in the patch.
